Buttercup's P.o.v

Its been a year since I came back home from New York, and a year since I talked to my old crush Brick Jojo,  leader of the Rowdy Ruff Boys. The guy who stole my heart then crushed it into peaces.
Its also been a year since Jason came to live here in town. Jason was one of my first friends when I moved there. He knew who I was, a PowerPuff Girl, but didn't care. He never treated me like royalty, and I'm fine with that.

We have been hanging out with eachother a lot lately, and everyone thinks he likes me. I don't think about him like that, he is just a friend. I wish everyone would believe me but they dont.

To be perfectly honest, I don't really hang out with the gang anymore. They are always on dates and I really don't feel like being the third wheel. Cause that's never fun. When Jason can't hang out I just chill at home in my room, I mean, who wants to hang out with three couples!?

All they ever do is cuddle and talk sweet to each other, I'm more than glad they are happy, but it gets annoying after a few weeks.

I guess in a way, we all changed. I sometimes wonder, what would have happened if I didn't leave?  Would I have still hated blossom? Would bubbles and butch be together?  Would blossom still like dexter? Would Brick still like me? I don't know the answer to any of those questions.

Right now, I'm getting dressed to go see Brute. Me and her are now friends and hang out sometimes. She doesn't talk to her sisters like she used to, i understand her pain. But both of her sisters left her. And blossom left me, but we worked things out.

I picked up my phone and saw Brute wad calling.

Brute: Wasup Bc

Bc: Sup Brute

Brute: Hey I was wondering where you wanted to meet?

Bc: Ummm We could meet at the arcade then get something to eat?

Brute: Sure, meet you there

Bc: K, see ya

Brute: See ya

I walked downstairs to everyone on the couch looking at me. I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle. I made my way to the door but got stopped by Butch.

"What?" I asked him and he just pointed to the empty chair infrount of everyone.

"Come on! I don't have time for this!"  I said groaning and walked to the empty chair.

"Where are you going?" Blossom asked with her arms crossed.

"Out the door." I said being a smartass.

"Where are you going?" She asked more determined.

Didn't I already answer this question?! I thought to myself

"Why do you need to know?" I asked her annoyed.

"You haven't been hanging out with us, and why is that?" She asked.
