"I don't want to hurt her, but if someone else tells her first and she finds out we knew... she'd hate us, it ruin our friendship, and I know neither of us want that," Noora noted, nodding as she looked at Eva. The two of them had caught your boyfriend, Christian, cheating on you while you were out shopping with your family. They had been at one of the Penetrators' parties and had found him there, hooking up with some random girl.
Eva sighed, shaking her head, "I know, I know- we also shouldn't let him get away with doing this to her. She's an amazing person, and if he can't see that, that he's the dumbest asshole to ever walk this planet," she could help the hint of anger that was in her voice. "I say we walk up to her, start on the topic of their relationship, and then just lean into it, ya know. But, still stern enough so that she knows he a douche that doesn't deserve her time, trust or respect."
Little did they know that you were standing behind a book case not too far from them, listening to every word that left their mouths. You could feel your heart break at their words, but you couldn't help the slight comforting feeling of hearing how they just wanted to be honest with you.
