Chapter 4 - friendly encounter.

Haru's POV

I woke up,te sunlight shine on mi face."good morning!do you want some breakfast?"hotaru said.
"Why ye so early,lass?"i asked.

"Oh I'm just to excited!" "Excited fer what?"i asked again."I wanna meet the mermaid!"she chirped.

Hotaru's POV

I really wanna meet her!welp,its like early in the morning.hope she's awake by now."okay lass,you can meet'er."said the captain."want ya want for breakfast?"i asked."just some of yer famous soup."he said."okay!be right back!"I swiftly ran to the kitchen.

Of course,I have to pass the aquarium,or the treasure room.but I hear voices."So William,do you think he likes me?"a feminine voice said."I'm not sure mizu,but with that act,tm pretty sure he likes you."a male voice said.I just shurgged it off and went to the kitchen.

Mizu's POV

"Hey Charlotte,why are you so early?"i asked."me?nahh.I'm just early cuz I'm excited for this day."she smiled.'am I really developing feelings for him?'i thought.

Ritsu's POV

*clang*

*thud*

*ching*

"Oh for heaven's sake!"hotaru's voice rang through the halls.this ship,is big I must say so myself!'i wonder what te blonde is doing right now.'i thought.I mean,he has been cleaning the ship like for 12 years!
I must look for him.I got off my bed and put my book down the desk(yes,he's reading.).I saw him on the kitchen."itami,what ya doing so early?" "I'm always cleaning,isn't it obvious?" "Hey lads!eat up,I'm gonna take these to the captain.be good now!"she said in a motherly-tone.

Itami's POV(aint expecting this,eh?)

Oh for goodness sake.he will always ask me everyday,every time.I guess he's always been determined to ask me that.oh never mind.

Hotaru's POV

I just delivered the food to the captain,that right eye of his always make me curious.he always have this black eye patch on.Anyways,great news?i can meet the mermaid!I went to the treasure room,but I went to get something on my room.I made a necklace,its a blue gem.shaped like a teardrop,or spade.it changes color when her mood changes.it's pretty cool tho.

-while walking down stairs-

While walking downstairs,I was daydreaming of what me and the mermaid would do if I befriended her.

William(springtrap)'s POV

Oh how I wish to confess to her.but that pirate gets in the way.I'm still gaining more magic to turn into human.I envy my brother so bad.he can turn into human already..oh mizu,you already captured my heart.

Hotaru's POV

*creak*"Hello?mermaid lady?"i asked.I went close to the cylinder tank.closer,and closer."Hm,she has short hair,but beautiful."I smiled."hey mermaid lady!"I shouted,not harsh.bubbles could be heard when she turned around."Yes?"she said coming closer to the tank's screen/window/glass."Um,here.this one'sfor you."I said showing the necklace to her."oh,how lovely!"she swam swiftly around.'hope she doesn't get nausea.'i thought.

What's not expected,is that she opened the lid of the tank."c'mon!pass it to me!"she said.I tossed it upwards.surprisingly,she catched it."woah!cool!"I said amused.she wears it,the color changes yellow.

"Thank you,um-" "hotaru." "Thank you so much,hotaru!" "Uhm,your we-" "mizu,Ao mizu."she smiled.

"Other words,blue water(s)."

"I'll be going now,bye!"I said and waved.

"I'll see you,later?"she asked.

"Of course."

"Bye!"mizu said.

"Bye!"I replied.
