I woke up to the sound of my ringtone going off, I quickly hit accept and strolled out her room quietly.

didn't want to wake my princess up.

"ma🤦🏼‍♂️❤️"

"yeah ma?"

"hey baby, where the fuck you at?" she chuckles

"rie's house. why?" I yawned

"oh you're at riele's hoooooouse."

"ma. please." I rolled my eyes playfully

she met riele yesterday and don't know how to act, she's already planning our wedding.

"okay, okay. remember we moved to las vegas right?!"

"wow really mother I had no idea!" I smiled

"kay I know you grumpy in the mornings and all, that's cute, but you ain't got to make me look like no dumb bitch."

I chuckled, "what you want ma?"

"oh I was calling you to tell you I got your room redid, remember when you said you didn't feel at home."

"no you didn't!" I exclaimed but quieted down remembering where I was

"I did to. all you have to do is come down here and check it out yourself, if you don't like it we can always get it redone."

"i'm sure i'm gonna love it, i'll be there in a few minutes bye love you!"

"I love you too."

I hung up and quietly strolled back into the room, I grabbed my jean jacket that was hanging on the chair after sliding my forces on.

I kissed her lips before exiting her room, and making my way towards the front door.

5 minutes later

I impatiently knocked on the door till my brother opened it with annoyance written on his face.

"most normal amaricans would like to like to sleep at this time of day." he rolled his eyes before strolling back towards the stairs

"damn no hey kiddo?" I whispered under my breath

"nope."

I rolled my eyes before realizing why I came here, "ma where are you?!"

"upstairs in your room!"

"i'm coming!" I jogged up the steps, being hit with a completely different view.
