[FLUFF]

The ginger huffed, stuffing three months worth of clothes into his suitcase and attempting to zip it up. The boys were all getting ready to fly to New Jersey for a couple of months to work on writing a new album. Alan was a little excited, but during those few months he knew he and Austin would have to keep everything on a down low.

"Baby, you ready to get going? We have to meet the guys at the airport in thirty minutes," Austin said, peeking his head into the room where the ginger was stood in, still struggling with his suitcase until it finally decided to zip.

"I guess so," Alan mumbled, picking up his bags and walking towards the door.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Austin questioned, obviously noticing the mood the boy was in. Normally he'd be filled with excitement about writing a new album, he had always been ever since he joined the band, so seeing that Alan wasn't like how he always was, was concerning.

"It's just that... we're not gonna be able to spend a lot of time together. We're having to go back to sneaking around the guys and for an entire three months," the ginger mumbled. He knew that they both agreed that they weren't going to be coming out any time soon, and Alan wasn't anywhere near ready and neither was Austin, but he hated having to sneak around so much. It was exhausting.

"It's not going to be like that all the time, we can go out without the guys, we can do a lot of things without them getting suspicious," Austin said, grabbing the boy's hips. "And you have to admit, it's better than being stuck in a bus for months and not being able to do hardly anything."

Alan sighed and nodded, knowing that the brunette had a point and that he was right and it was annoying, to say the least, but Alan loved the brunette so he guessed it was okay.

"Now come on, you have everything?" Austin asked, after pressing a kiss to the boy's forehead.

"Yeah, I guess so," Alan told him.

They both double checked everything before making their way out to the cab Austin had called and stuffing everything into the trunk before they were off to the airport to meet up with the rest of the guys.

After a five and a half hour flight, Alan was more than happy to finally be on the ground and off the plane. Lucky him that he and Austin got two different tickets, both of them being sat far apart from each other. It completely sucked and ruined the gingers mood because he got sat next to a man that just would not be quiet no matter how loud he turned his headphones up while Austin was sat between two women, one of which had a baby that kept crying while the other kept trying to flirt with him.

"So David said the apartment we're renting out is downtown, so it's not too far from the studio," Aaron said as they all gathered together to see what they were doing next. Alan stood as close to Austin as he could without it being suspicious, but little did he know that Aaron, Tino, and Phil all knew a little of something.

"Awesome. I wanna get some food then sleep," Phil said, the rest of the boys humming in agreement.

They called for a cab, Aaron giving off the directions of the apartment they were staying in. It didn't take long to get there, as Aaron had said, and soon enough they were pulling up outside the complex, grabbing all their bags and heading up to the fourth floor where their new home for three months would be.

The apartment was rather big, being four rooms and one bath, a nice kitchen and living area. There was also a balcony looking out onto the city. Alan was in love with the place already.

"Obviously since there's only four rooms, someone's going to have to either share or one of us ends up on the couch, and by the looks of that thing, it doesn't look too comfortable," Aaron said.
