Everyone woke up early it was the big day. There small ship was going to a distant planet for better pay. The ship had been ready for weeks but had needed to be checked for faults. But this was the day they were finally leaving Tremeleon there home for 18 years they were going to get jobs and warmth. The planet was a lush forest planet until 40 years ago when it was hit by The War and they were all destroyed except for small areas were the rich live. Now it was a place for scavengers and peasants.

The people selected to go were the only kids of their year. The only 18 year olds in this dangerous planet of thieves and scavengers. The planet was now extremely dangerous to live on covered in radiation and pollution and destroyed ships and sand lots and lots of sand.

The ship the kids were taking was a small old attack ship now used as a passenger ship. It was old but fast from its battle history. It was crudely rebuilt after it was destroyed in they war but it had worked for 27 years so what could go wrong it was just a routinely trip to Crystillion.

The ship still had guns but it was unknown if they worked the guns hadn't been used since it crashed and the ion cannons were fried so it was just the lasers. The ship had the words The Keneski on the side. The ship was big all the boys on one side the girls on the other the captain in the middle.
