Next Morning
That morning Vidhi woke up quite early around 5am. Mehul was still sleeping in same position as previous night so untangling herself from her husband's hold without disturbing his sleep was a tough task.
At first she loosens his arm around her then slowly she gets out of his hold. Covering him properly with the blanket she makes her way towards bathroom. She wasn't feeling sleepy anymore so she decides to take bath too.
Coming out of the bathroom she first checks on Mehul, he was sleeping soundly. After getting dressed in a lime yellow saree, she directly goes to garden for plucking fresh flowers for worship. After completing Worship she checks time, it was only 6:15am.
What to do...she thinks looking around. Suddenly an idea struck her she decided to prepare Mehul's favourite breakfast and spend some time with him before he goes to office. With these thoughts she goes inside kitchen.
Mehul wakes up from his deep sleep around 6:30am. He turns hoping to see Vidhi's sleeping figure but her side of bed was empty. Events from last night rushes on his mind and a small smile appears on his face. He gets up from bed goes inside the bathroom and finishes his morning activities.
Stepping out of the washroom Mehul glances around the room, Vidhi hadn't returned yet. Where she could be? He thinks towel drying his hairs which were wet due to his early shower.
Getting dressed he comes out of his room and descends the stairs. He was looking around drawing room in search for her when his gaze fall on the big clock situated on one of the wall. It was 6:50 am, the house was quite as maids comes around 7:30am.
Rustling sounds coming from kitchen catches his attention and he makes his way towards the kitchen. He was surprised to find Vidhi cooking something in pan. But why is she making breakfast this early? She usually makes it bit later he thinks curiously.
"Vidhi" he calls her softly, making her turn around "oh! You woke up already. Good morning" she greets looking at her husband who was standing near the entrance of Kitchen. "And you're dressed too" she adds looking at his attire.
"Good morning but, what are you doing...I mean why are you making breakfast this early?" his asks in a confused voice.
"Woh actually I woke up quite early, then couldn't sleep so decided to take shower too and now I'm making your favorite breakfast" she says with a smile, which did nothing to reduce Mehul's confusion.
"Ummm...good" was the only reply he could mumble.
"It will take some time you go and sit in the living room, I'll bring your tea quickly." Saying this she gets back to her work without waiting for his reply.
