Raquel was in early again so she could take care of some filing. She was always so tempted to peek inside and see just what problems Dr Bruces patients struggled with. She dealt with her own inner demons enough to realize everyone struggled with something. As she arranged her desk she glanced at her in box and couldn't help but notice the name on it Candy. What was it about that girl that intrigued Raquel so much?? Was it her attitude of acting like she knew she was all that and wasn't afraid to let anyone else know she knew it??? Was it her taste in fashion, especially her shoes?? Raquel had a shoe fetish to rival that of Mariah Carey. She picked up the file and stared sooooooooooo very tempted to look inside when she heard footsteps and the office door swinging open.
*Good early morning Raquel must not have gotten lucky last night eh?/* Dr Bruce gave her a lil wink as he went to get a cup of coffee, he always had fun teasing her. She gave a lil chuckle and shook her head retorting back,* well i got some more recently than certain people i know so pftttttttt* She put up her hand as to tell him uh-uh buddy no answering back to that. *touche chica* he said as he went into his office to prepare for his clients of the day.
He sat in his chair leanerd back a nd thoughbts of the last session with Candy flooded his mind. He had an unceasing fascination with her and it drove him crazy because he knew it was pushing his limits, especially ethically and morally. He kept telling himself all the reasons he became a counselor to begin with. He thought back to his own family and his grandma, an alcoholic who was so smothering and overbearing yet had so many good qualities as well. Other relatives who fought mental illness in the best way they could, some succumbing to their worst nightmares. He wanted to be a force for good, to relieve pain and suffering anyway he could. He pulled open his lower desk drawer and laughed seeing his fave picture of the Hulk about to smash an entire battalion of tankes and weapons trying to destroy him. HULK SMASH he thought, wanting it to be that easy to handle the stresses of life for everyone.
Candy woke up and got into the shbower, ready for another crazy day. She had wrestled with herself constantly should she go see the therapist or not?? Was there a small glimmer of hope he might be the real deal and actually provide her some help?? She smirked to herself asshe let the warm water begin to cascade down her body luxuriatingly soothing. She honestly liked Dr Bruce and despite everything inside her found him attractive and desirable. But he was a therapist!!! Why did she always find herself in p[ositions where her desires conflicted with her wellbeing??
The day went by slowly and Dr Bruce said goodbye to his 2:00 client when he heard the buzzer and Raquel saying *Candy is here Dr* He felt himself stand straighter and get a gleam in his eye unconscious reactions to the one who had become his most prized patient. Candy nodded to Raquel as she passed by entering the office and took a seat in the chair. Dr Bruce was taken aback by her perfume. It was a fragrance that somehow unlocked a memory he couldn't quite put a finger on but he felt a twinge of arousal surge in him as he smelled her scent. Candy for her part delighted in his cologne, always havin ga thing for Polo. She also took notice of his attire yet again. He always looked so handsome and manly everytime she saw him. He had big hands which she zeroed in on, sometimes wondering what those hands could do if they.....................
* We left off on an interesting note last time Candy, how has your week been???* Dr Bruce wanted to take time to let candy open up, if she would. * well it has been a lil hectic but i got things accomplished Dr thank you very much* She crossed her legs a nd again began moving her foot in a lil circle and as before he was all too easily distracted by it, especially since agai nas well she wore opentoed heels with candy apple red polish. This combined with her perfume made him exert even more willpower to focus on her counseling needs. Candy noticed his attention go to her foot, not letting him see she noticed, and the lil manipulator in her began to rear its head deep inside her.
*Candy, I know you have been through therapy many times. i know you have been disappointed each time. i hope this time will be different. i really sense a genuine inner strength to you which can be mustered so you can overcome these issues. i want to do my best to help you* He hoped he put enough emphasis and concern in his vocal tone that this would satisfy her and elicit a welcoming response. * I know Dr and you don;'t know how incredible it is to find a counselor like you, intelligent, csring and dare i say sexy????* Candy stared inti his eyes waiting to see the respoonse from her using that word. Hard as he tried Dr Bruce showed almost a blush and immediately waved his hand and said o but you say that all the counselors as he leaned back tryiung to starte back right at her. Too late though, he gave enough of a pause and response to give away he was flattered by her words. Tat was all candy needed. This therapeutic relationship was about to become even more blurry than either of them knew.
