Hey guys my name is Samantha Livingston I'm 22 live in a two story house in Wilmington, Delaware with my boyfriend John Worthington. I am a nurse so I'm on call 24/7. My boyfriend is the best prosecuting lawyer in Delaware. Everyone comes to him if they need a great lawyer. I'm currently laying out my clothes for work and putting everything in my bookbag. I run downstairs and set it on the kitchen table then I run back upstairs and get in the shower for an hour. I get out, do my hygiene stuff, and get dressed i grab my phone, wallet, and car/house keys then I go back downstairs and pack a light lunch and put it in my bag because I'm gonna be busy all day. I have everything i need for work so i grab my bag and leave out for work, but not before i send my baby a text.

Hubby 💏🔐💘: hey baby I'm bout to go to work. I'll see you when i get off okay.

I back out the drive way and head to work. Then i hear a buzz from my phone and i check it.

Hubby💏🔐💘: awe okay 😢 I'll miss you, but have a nice day baby i love u😊❤️
Me: i love you too 😊😘

Damn i love that man i say to myself. Me and John met when we were in our freshmen year in high school. We were in the same gym class when he asked me out on a date. It was so cute and corny, but i said yes. We got accepted to the same college Harvard University. We have been together ever since. I continue driving for another 30 mins. The hospital isn't that far from my house. I work at Savior Hospital In the city area and it's a great hospital, but the hours are crazy as fuck. I pull up into my parking space and start walking to the hospital which isn't that far. I finally get to the hospital i clock in and go to the locker room to put my stuff up and get my things. I walk back out and go to the administrative desk and talked to shirley while looking through some papers. I met shirley when i was juss an intern starting out at this hospital. She so nice and pretty.

Shirley: hey sweetie how are you?
Me: I'm good how about u?
Shirley: I'm okay. It could be better
Me: how so?
Shirley: I wouldn't be here

We both shared a laugh and continued talking.

Shirley: so how's that boyfriend of yours?
Me: he's great.
Shirley: that's good
Me: how's Matt?
Shirley: the same
Me: how's mady?
Shirley: oh my god. She is great and adorable as hell.
Me: that's great. Tell them both i said hi. Well I'll talk to you later. Let me get to work
Shirley: okay. Bye 👋🏼
Me: bye 👋🏼

I grab my clipboard and start walking to my first patient. Mr. Santiago was his last name. I looked at his chart and continued walking to the room he was in.

Let me juss get this over with. I thought.

I opened the door and walked in.

"Mr.Santiago" i said
"Hello" he said with a warming smile.
"Hello. How are you today?" I said
"Not good". "I was walking to finish up the tool shed I'm building in my backyard and I wasn't looking where i was going and i stepped on the nail gun". He said

I looked down and i saw a nail sticking out of his foot with blood dripping from it. I got out everything i needed to take this nail out his foot.
