Dear Diary,
Okay. I'm secretly writing in you. I found a book with a special spell in it that lets me write in a different book and that writing fades into you on the newest open page. This way I never have to go find you and ruin my investigation.
Along with that. Somepony is out in the hall. It is really late at night and the moon is shining with all her might! They're opening my door! I I'm under my covers so I can't see them. I'm gonna put you down for a few moments. I can hear you being filled with words and a faint light coming from you. Apparently they don't know what that is.
Here they come! I know they can't here me scribbling away!!
And here they come! Here they come!!

Okay so this is how it went down.
The pony set my book down on my side table. I jumped out from under my covers. The pony, I still don't recognize, poofed into a smoke. My grin only grew bright then I started to laugh like there was no tomorrow. A few snort shot through my mouth.
The smoke formed back into a foal. He was about my age.
Of course the foal was only my best friend, Sephtis!
I leaped from my covers and gave him a huge hug.
"SEPHTIS! It's been so long sense I've seen you!" I leaned back to stare at his face.
"And thank you for returning my diary again! I knew somepony would show up to return it!" his face flushed a light pink. He was pleased, proud, and still shaken by me jumping on him!
It was beautiful!
Then I asked him if he wanted to spend the night and so then he did. He slept on my couch covered in pillows and blankets!
It was so much fun!!!
