I finally got ahold of myself and went back to meet Niall.
"Sorry about that I had to do something"I said
"No problem.Are you ok?"he asked looking worried
"Yeah,let's just eat our breakfast''
**Niall's POV**
When I saw Kareena run off because of some guy she saw,I knew something was wrong.I had to get to the bottom of this.She came back 5 minutes after looking pale and her eyes were red and puffy.
"Sorry about that I had to do something''she said
Her voice was raspy meaning she was definitely crying.
"No problem.Are you ok?''I asked
"Yeah,let's just eat our breakfast"
I could tell she was hiding something.She'll tell me when she's ready.Hopefully...We finished our breakfast a little while after.The cheque came and I was about to grab it when another hand beat me to it.
"What do you think you're doing love?"
''Uhh paying the bill?"
"I don't think so''
''But I-''
"No"
"But''
"Nope''
"Fine''she sighed
I paid the bill and we head back to her place.The drive was quite.Kareena was staring out the window looking like an angel.I could tell she doesn't like making friends.Not long after we pulled up to her flat.As we entered ,we saw Lily sitting on the couch flipping through channels.
"So how was it?''Lily asked
Before I could say anything,Kareena ran off into a room.
"What happened?What did you do?I swear if you did anything I would hurt you in ways that haven't been invented yet"Lily spat
"Nothing everthing was fine until some guy bought pancakes for her and sent it over"I defended
''Wait.Was the guy tall and had brown hair?''
"Yeah.Why?''
"Oh no.Niall I don't mean to be rude but I think you should leave.I'll text you later or I could give Kareena your number to text you if that's ok?''she said panicking
''Yeah,no prob''
''Good''
''Lily''I said
"Yeah Niall?''
"What's going on"I sadly asked
"I can't answer that Niall...Kareena has to''she said
And I left.Whoever that guy was,he definitely wasn't a friend of Kareena's
**Lily's POV**
Jake.I'm gonna kill that boy.All the pain and suffering he put her through.Why can't he just disappear?I put my head up against Kareena's room where she goes when she wants to be alone.It took a while for me to hear anything but I can hear her crying.I gave the door a knock.
