I went to the one place where I felt safe.The one place where I can let my mind roam free not caring what anyone says or thinks of me.I didn't tell a soul that I was here because this was my secret,safe place.I used to come here a lot with my family before they left.It was a cabin close to a lake far out of town.
I plan on staying here just until I can sort everything out.I didn't have to worry about food and clothes because I already have here.I just wanted to forget everything that happened to me but I can't.I can't let go knowing it will come back to haunt me but I can't dwell on that on thing.I need something to keep me busy.I could pick up one of my old hobbies but I don't know which one.I can go back to my old dance studio or take up photography.
My phone was going off none stop.Messages from Lily and the rest of the lads were blowing up my phone but I didn't answer any.I just wanted to be alone for sometime.I sat down eating an apple thinking about what would I do when I go back to everyone.I know telling someone how you feel will make you feel better but all I think it does is let everyone pity you.When they interact with you,you see it in their faces and I don't want anyone to take up their time feeling sorry for me so,I take my time to figure everything out.It usually helps so I just go with it
Later that day,I went in my old room and pulled out my camera I used for taking out pictures.It was a couple years old but it captured some great moments.The sky was purple-ish due too the day coming to an end.I went out to the lake and took some pictures of birds flying to their nests.Not once did I ever see a single bird but birds flying in their flocks.They stick with each other and never leave a bird behind.It was getting dark so I went back inside.
**Two days later**
I think I figured everything out so I was packing up to leave.I took my camera with me and got into my car.I was scared to see what had happened in the days I wasn't with everyone else but I was mostly scared to see what Niall had been doing.I pulled up in front of the house,took a deep breath and got out.I opened the door only to reveal everyone in the living room.Their heads turned only because of the door making a squeak when it was opening.
I gave a small wave only for everyone to surround me.
''OMG!KAREENA ARE YOU OK?!''Lily shouted to me while engulfing me in a tight hug
Everyone else joined in asking a series of questions like,''Are you ok?'' or ''Where have you been?''
''I'm fine I just needed sometime to think''I answered with a small smile
I looked around seeing everyone except Niall.
''Guys,where's Niall''I asked causing the room to go silent
No one answered.They just looked at each other trying to figure out who was going to answer me.Zayn was going to answer but was interrupted by someone walking through the door.It was Niall and just as last time he wasn't alone.He was with Katylin.They both came in with huge grins on their faces and he had his arm tightly around her.
''Guys,can I please have your attention?''Niall asked with the smile not leaving his face,''I have something I want to say''
''We're all ears''Louis said
''Me and Katylin are official''he said
Every one stayed silent and looked at me.I didn't know how but I managed to say something
''Congrats!I'm so very happy for you guys''I said causing everyone to stare at me with widen eyes
''Look Kareena I didn't mean for this -''Niall started off but was interrupted by me
