Oh. shit. This is not good.As soon as the bikers eyes turned black, I gasped and started, accidentally bumping the rack and causing a whole stack of magazines to tumble to the floor.
Sam's eyes shoot over to me and a very alarmed look crosses his face.
"Jocelyn. Why don't you go wait for me in the car."
I don't respond, I'm still kind of in shock, but one of the bikers saunters towards me. His eyes are no longer black.
"Naww, honey why don't you stay in here with us?" He pulls me towards him and I struggle to push him away. His breath reeks of tobacco and his clothes are covered with dirt and grime.
"Hey! Let go!" I cry out, trying to hit him.
He laughs evilly as he drags me back towards Sam and the other two men. Sam is on the balls of his feet, poised for a fight.
"She's feisty!" The one holding me says. "I like her. Wherever did you pick up such a pretty little thing Sammy?"
Sam's eyes flash murderously. "Let her go." He growls, his jaw clenched.
The man's grip on my arm tightens and I wince.
"No I don't think I will." He smirks and nods towards the other two men. "What do you think boys? You think I should let her go and let the Winchester have her?"
"Hell no." One of the men says. This one's got a blonde mohawk sticking up on his head. The tips of his blonde hair are dyed black.
Mohawk guy reaches over towards me and runs a finger up my bare arm. I shiver and flinch away, which only gets me closer to the demon holding me. The demon with the mohawk laughs at me and bares his teeth, a gold tooth inside his mouth glints in the light.
I'm scared. I'm really scared. I never ever thought I'd be caught in a situation like this. I'm trying very hard to keep the tears from flowing out of my eyes, but the pain of the man's grip on my arm and my intense fear is making it very difficult.
"Where the hell did everyone else go?" I think to myself as I glance around the store. The clerk has disappeared from behind the counter, as has the woman who was behind us in line. "So much for getting any help."
"Joce. Jocelyn look at me." I hear a familiar voice call my name softly.
I look up at Sam's face and take a deep breath.
"Joce, you're going to be fine. Trust me." He says.
I nod in response and start to calm down. I will be fine. I've got Sam Winchester to protect me.
"Now Sammy," The man holding me says, "Don't go making promises you can't keep!"
"And what makes you think I can't keep that promise?" Sam shoots back. He glares at the three demons in front of him and his eyes narrow and linger on the hand of the demon that's gripping me. "What makes you think that three lowly, worthless demon scum can somehow beat Sam Winchester. I've fought Lilith and won. You are nothing. You are weak. And you will not hurt either of us."
The demons shift uncomfortably, like they're just now realizing how stupid this attempt may have been.
The demon holding me accidentally loosens his grip a little bit. I pretend I don't notice, but I look at Sam and catch his eye. I nod slightly, telling him to do whatever he needs to, I'll get out of the way.
As soon as he sees my nod, we both explode into action.
Sam swings the milk carton in his hand up at full force, slamming it into the head of closest demon, which happens to be the one leaning against the glass fridge. The demons head slams back into the glass from the force of the blow and he falls to the ground like a puppet whose strings were cut.
