"Hi!" I say quietly when I open the door to find the Winchesters standing outside. Sam smiles at me while Dean looks over his shoulder, double checking that no one has seen them.

When he's sure that no one has, Dean reaches out a hand and playfully shoves his brother forward into the room. "This motel is such crap, it doesn't have a single camera. Geez hurry up Sammy. I don't want to be standing out here 'till I'm ninety."

Sam rolls his eyes at his older brother, choosing not respond. Instead, he reaches out and pulls me into a soft kiss, saying hello without words.

"EW PDA!" Dean yelps, laughing like a ten year old.

I reach over and smack him, though I'm laughing too. "To what do we owe the pleasure of your company may I ask?" I say in a fake British accent, earning a chuckle from Jo and Charlie.

"Well m' lady, we've come to slay an evil beast and thought perhaps you young women would like to aid us." Dean responds in his own fake accent, playing a long.

"Damn boy, didn't know you could do that so well!" Jo exclaims applauding.

Dean jokingly takes a bow in her direction saying, "I am a man of many talents Jo Harvelle."

"As fascinating as that sounds, Dean, we need to get to work." Sam says making Dean groan.

"God Sammy you're no fun."

"I beg to differ." I say laughing. I pat Sam on the chest and smirk up at him. "He's sometimes kinda fun." I tease him.

"Oh sometimes huh? Only sometimes?" He puts his hands on his hips and I giggle and nod my head.

He grabs my waist and, despite my halfhearted attempts at fending him off, starts tickling me relentlessly. "Ah no!" I gasp out between laughs. "Saam stop it! I can't breathe!"

He doesn't stop but hey, I wasn't really expecting him to. I can't say I mind much to be honest. I mean what girl would mind having Sam Winchester's hands all over them? Definitely not me that's for sure.

"Alright, alright!" I manage to talk through my laughing. "Stop! You're not boring okay! You're fun! So fun that you out- fun everyone else."

"Ah there we go. Though I think I dectect a hint of sarcasm, I'll ignore it." Sam grins and stops harassing me, instead winding an arm around my waist as we turn towards the others. I almost forgot they were here actually, I was so caught up in Sam.

"Sorry." I say letting out a breathless laugh.

Jo and Charlie just grin and the red head says, "Never apologize for being happy."

"Well as adorable as that was," Dean says slightly sarcastic, "Sam was right, we actually do need to get to work."

Jo sighs and drags herself up from the bed and over to the table where Dean has placed a few newspaper articles. "So where do we start?"

"Well, we go back over the articles, try to pick out some clues, and then tomorrow Sam and I will talk to the families."

"And while you two are off doing that, what do you expect the three of us to do?" Charlie says, crossing her arms over her chest.

Sam answers, "You three can keep up the "best friends on a road trip" facade and explore the town. Meet people, be social, maybe you'll learn some secrets or something, It could help us figure out who the monster is. Just be careful okay?"

The last part is directed mostly at me, I can tell. I smile at him reassuringly. Of course I'll be careful, he really shouldn't worry about me so much. But I know if our roles were reversed, I'd be worrying just as much about him.
