Hey! I usually dislike author's notes at the beginning of an official chapter but I really wanted to say sorry for it being so late! Thank you to everyone who has stuck around and I promise that the next chapters are going to be worth it! 감사합니다!

Yoongi and Hoseok trailed behind the nurse as she spouted out several hard to understand terms related to Demi's condition.
"Nurse, not to be rude, but could you please speak a language we understand?"
The nurse glared at her patient's 'cousin' before dumbing her evaluations down.
"Ms. Valesquez lost alot of blood. Currently she is unconscious and receiving blood from an IV. Don't worry much about all the machines she's hooked up to. With all she's been through, it's mostly for precaution." They had suddenly arrived at a door. The nurse turned towards them with a solemn look.
"This is her room." For once the nurse didn't seem submissive. No, she seemed caring. "I'll leave you two alone." As she stalked off Hoseok's phone Let out a quick 'ding'. Furrowing his brows he fished his phone out of his pocket. Namjoon's name lit up his screen, so he waved Yoongi off into the room for the time being. Checking the text his stomach dropped and his eyes widened.

The gang is getting back together. If what happened was Tao's fault, be prepared. This means war.

Hoseok prayed it wasn't the case, but at the moment he had much more important matters to attend to. Pushing the door open, he couldn't decide on what to focus on first. Demi lying in a bed hooked up to countless machines, one in particular that held a sickly red substance. Or Yoongi now sat silently next to her bed sniffing. Yoongi never cries. Hoseok approached the silent boy calmly, setting a warm hand on his shoulder.
The green haired boy tensed at the touch. He swiftly lifted his sleeve to his damp face, and tried desperately to clear any evidence of the tears that slipped past his eye lashes.
"It's okay to cry Hyung..."
Yoongi looked up at the other boy, his eyes were red and his chest felt tight. The same feeling crept into Hoseok as he glanced at the pale girl in the hospital bed. That feeling had a name, guilt. They couldn't help but blame themselves. Demi had just become apart of their 'makeshift' family. She was supposed to help them move forward, to make the past only faded memories that would hopefully vanish with time. Instead fate decided to rear it's ugly head and change things for worse. Hoseok lifted his hand to catch the little glasslike drop that slid down his cheek. He didn't even realize that he had started crying. Slumping into the seat next to an anxious Yoongi, Hoseok could only stress about what Namjoon was planning and what this would mean for them and Demi...

The door to Namjoon's small apartment slammed open and shut in a short instant. Both Jin and Namjoon's gaze flicked to the entrance. A sweaty and aggravated Jackson strolled in, a motorbike helmet hanging from one of his hands. It had been a long while since the last time they had seen the stubborn boy, yet Jackson made no attempt to greet them. Instead he slumped into the recliner across from the sofa, where Jin and Namjoon still eyed him.
"You got any food?" Jackson's angry aura had melted away and now he just seemed bored, closed off even. This wasn't the usual Jackson. No, the old Jackson would be cracking jokes and dancing around like an idiot.
"We didn't call you so you could eat us out of kimchi. We have business to do."
Namjoon began to explain the past events that had led to this otherwise unlikely meeting, not leaving a single detail out. Honestly Jin would have taken the opportunity to whip something up in the kitchen, but with the gravity of the situation and Namjoon's tense aura he knew it was best to just wait. After Namjoon was done explaining Jackson sat silently.
"So... you mean to tell me that after all the hard work I went through just to make sure we could finally live like some semi-regular idiots, Tao has just decided to come back and ruin our lives? Listen to yourself! I can't believe I wasted half a tank of gas for this."
Jackson was already moving to the door but Namjoon had already anticipated his reaction.
"Don't forget what I know. You want to live like a semi-regular idiot? Well, you can after we settle this. But if you walk out that door you already know what's going to happen... And more importantly who is going to find out." Jackson's hand froze momentarily over the doorknob.
Before Jackson could even react the door swang open and he was face to face a tired looking Kai. Kai's eyes widened and he swiftly wrapped Jackson in his arms. The two boys had always been close, but the separation of the gang meant the separation of their friendship. Namjoon cleared his throat, making his and Jin's presence known.
Kai perked up and immediately walked into the apartment. He spoke as he slumped into one of the chairs in the living room.
"What happened now? Why are we suddenly getting back together?" Kai pouted after his statement, realizing something bad would always have to happen just to see his 'friends'. His previous angry attitude from the other night being replaced with curiosity.
Namjoon launched into another explanation with Kai hanging onto everyword that spilled from his mouth.
It was an almost comical scene of a father telling a story to his young son.
Jin almost laughed a bit at the thought.
After everyone was on the same page each boy pulled out their own phones ready to gather the remaining boys. Jin hesitantly pulled his pink phone out. Namjoon eyed it before laughing to himself. But he had a mission... If they were to ever create a plan that would work against Tao he needed the best strategist in Korea.
Lee Jihoon...

It was about 3 a.m. two days later when Demi's eyes pried open. The hospital room was unfamiliar to her, and so was the feeling wrapped around her hand. Her eyes darted to her bedside to see a mop of mint green hair resting by her hand, which was currently entwined with his. Next to him a snoring Hoseok was seated upside-down in a deep slumber, his legs sticking up in awkward directions. She thought they were the only one's situated in the room until she saw the sofa in the far corner of the room. The maknae line of the group were in some sort of dog pile. Jimin's foot was pressed up against Taehyung's face, while Taehyung drooled on Jimin's head. Jungkook on the other hand was resting peacefully on top of both of his hyungs, a slight smirk on his face as he slept. She then felt it, a burning pain in her abdomen. She tried to bite her lip to avoid screaming out, letting a slight gasp echo in the room. What she didn't realize was the fact that she was crushing Yoongi's hand I  the process. He groggily yelped in surprise. When his eyes locked with Demi's an adorable smile sneaked onto his face. For some reason his heart stopped for a moment. He was going to speak when Hoseok decided to make it known that he was awake as well.
"DEMI I'VE MISSED YOU!"
He lunged to hug the girl, but Yoongi held him back.
"Her stitches!" Hoseok suddenly remembered what had happened and sighed while saying sorry.
"Hobi, it's okay I-" She winced slightly. "I missed you too! I missed you all."
The maknae line was starting to wake up as Yoongi noticed the pain Demi was in.
"I'll get a nurse." Yoongi then pushed the door open as he went to find a nurse. Before the door closed he could distinctly hear Taehyung and Jimin arguing about feet and drool.
