Whooohhhoooo I been wanting to update this story for a while XD will sparks fly on a good way or bad way? Hmmmm. (The song added above is the song that Viktor plays later just imcase you dont know the song. I think it goes well.)

Previously:
"Yuri is -" I knew what he was doing immediately. "My routine."

Nobody's POV
Viktor couldn't help but tear up. Yuri, his student, doing his routine. Viktor felt this stange warmth in him as he watched his new student skate.

Yuri's POV
I finished skating and my breathing is heavy. I can't help but think what he is thinking. I put my hands down and look around for him. He's nowhere to be seen. "Where is he?" I say to myself. I skate to our bags to see if he texted me. I see him sitting down against the wall. "Is something wrong? Did I mess up?" I say nervously. He looks up slowly. 'Is he trying not to cry!?' I kneel down next to him only to be pulled into a tight hug. I almost hit my face on the wall behind Viktor. "That was...beautiful!" He says. He pulls away from the hug and stands up. He takes my hand and helps me to my feet. He slowly backs up and goes out on the ice not letting go of my hand. "Viktor wh-" I'm cut off by his finger being pressed against my lips. I narrow my eyes in confusion as he grabs my other hand. "Skate with me Yuri." He says in a soothing voice as he looks striaght into my eyes. I blush and nod my head.

Viktor's POV
I couldn't think of anything to thank him. He surprised me by how flawlessly he skated my routine. "Yuri?" I say suddenly breaking the silence that was just settling. "Y-yes." He stutters. "It's to quiet in here. Do you mind if I play some music?" I asked him, not thinking. 'Where did this romantic side come from?' He nods his head and I let go of his hands. I skate over and plug my phone in. I go through my playlist of songs to skate to and play "Kiss the Rain by Yurima". As I skate over to his I notice his back is now towards me. I stop in front of him and place my finger under his chin. I move his face closer to mine and wipe the tears in his eyes. "Thank you. F-for e-e-everything." He says quietly. I hug him tightly. After a few seconds. I grab his hands and start skating. He stuggles a moment but regains his balance. We skate till the song is over. He looks up at me and smiles lightly. I feel this warmth in my chest but try to ignore it. I smile back when a door opens. "Uh oh." I say. "You left me!"

Yurio's POV
He left me! Viktor smiles at me and waves. "Ah Yurio!" He says happily. "Don't act like your happy to see me!" I say upset. He skates over to me and stops when he gets to the wall. I drop my bag and walk up to him. "Nice shirt." He tells me. "Shut up you traitorous jerk!" I say raising my voice. He flinches as I say that. "Thanks." I mumble. "You! Pork cutlet bowl!" I say pointing to the person out on the ice. "You stole my coach." I yell again. His face gets red with embarrassment. He starts skating over to Viktor and I when I shout at him again. "Stay where you are you coach stealing jerk!" Viktor gets off the ice and heads over to me. He lays a hand on my shoulder and looks me in the eyes. "Calm down." He says calmly. 'He did not just tell me. To. Calm. Down!' I quickly push his hand off my shoulder and step back. He gasps and raises his finger in the hair. "Let's have a competition!" He exclaims happily.

Nobody's POV
Viktor just finished explaining the rules and what the songs that will be skated to will be. "Yurio, if you win I will be your coach again back in Russia." Viktor says looking at Yurio. "Yuri, if you win," Viktor pauses. "I will stay here and coach you."

Yuri's POV
I have to win. I have to! I nod my head with forced confidence. Yurio leaves the rink and waves. "I'm going out for a bit." He waves and leaves. Viktor sighs and turns to me. "Single toe loop." He tells me. "A single!? That's just one jump!" I exclaim. "Fine. A triple toe loop and a quad axle." He tells me harshly. 'I'll do the stupid jump.' "I'll do the single." I tell him. I skate out on the ice and do the jump. "Double!" He calls out to me. I jump up and spin twice landing it flawlessly. "Triple." He calls out, less enthusiastic. I landed that jump but barely. I regain my balance but fall shortly after that. I see him release a sigh and skate up to me. "How come...you landed it when skating my routine but not here?" He whispers. "I-I-I don't know...I'm sorry." I look away. He lifts my face up to his with his finger. Our faces just inches apart. "Practice is over for today. Get some rest." He says leaning in a little closer. He stands up slowly and helps me to my feet. He tells me to try the triple toe loop again and I skate away. I gain the needed speed and jump. I land the jump perfectly! I throw my hands up in victory, seeing that the triple has been kinda hard for me to land lately.

Nobody's POV
The day of the contest has arrived and both competitors practiced long and hard for the skate-off. Yurio is up first.

Yurio's POV
I couldn't stop thinking of winning. I need to bring Viktor back to Russia. 'That traitorous little-' My thoughts were interupted when my name is called over a loud speaker. "Yurio is the first skater today. Yurio Plisetsky of Russia!" I go out on the ice and get ready to start the routine Viktor came up with for me. The music comes on and my routine starts.

Yuri's POV
'My turn. Yurio was good. I don't think I can beat him. No... I have to.' My name gets called and I head out onto the ice. My song starts and...Kiss the Rain? I thought I was skating to something else. I feel a warmth come over me as I skate my routine. 'I guess since the song is differnt...the routine should fit the song.' I plan a new routine in my head. "His first jump is a- a triple!? His first jump was going to be a double but it looks like he changed his routine last minute!" I jump. "Another triple axle!? And he landed it losing his balance ever so slighly but not enough to have any points deducted!" I hear the crowd yell and cheer. The song starts coming to an end and I do my last jump. A double toe loop. "And he landed it! They crowd is going wild!" The song ends. My breath gets heavy as I see Viktor with his head down. I skate to him as he runs to the gate. I meet him there but I'm tackled back onto the ice. He kissed me! I'm taken back by surprise but I try to kiss him back but he pulls away. "You never cease to surprize me Yuri." He says getting up and helping me to my feet. We skate back hand in hand as they announce the winner. "The winner is...Yuri Katsuki with a score of 100.87!" I look around surprised and notice that Yurio is gone. 'He must have left when I was skating.' Viktor hugs me tightly and gives me a kiss on the cheek. "You did it Yuri!" He happily jumps around.

Nobody's POV
Viktor took Yuri out shopping to celebrate. "To be honest Yuri..." Viktor stops mid sentence. "I didn't want to go back to Russia. I wanted to stay here...with you." He says looking up and the red faced Yuri.

Viktor's POV
"What?" Yuri says concerned. "I want to stay here. With you." His expression says happy but his tone says differently. "I won't stop you. If you want to go back to Russia...go ahead." He looks away. I lift his face up to mine and pull him into a hug. "I told you." I whisper in his ear. "I'm staying here to coach you." He pulls back slighlty from the hug. "For how l-l-long? Until I win a medal?" He questions tripping over his words. "Until you retire. But Yuri," I lift his face up to mine. "I don't want you to retire." I back up and continue walking. He follows quickly grabbing my hand. "How do you say thank you in Russian?" I look down at him. "Spasibo." I say. "Sp-spa-spasibo." He stutters. "Nyet problem." I reply smiling.
