•••Chapter 2•••

•••Get A Room•••

I'm in the kitchen with Ryan, Cammy, Jen, her boyfrend, and some other kids I don't know who are in the corner smoking something scented. We're chatting about my ridiculous tactic with the sodas in the shot glasses.

"God Ash, you're so ridiculous, Can't you just drink the real thing?" Jen laughs.

"She's smart though, or she'd get a really nasty hangover," Cammy giggles, taking a sip of whatever's in her classically red solo cup.

"Umm who's going to get a hangover?" Ryan asks her, rolling his forest green eyes.

"Shut up Ryan," she giggles harder.

Ryan and Jen's boyfriend Jacob look at each other. I know they aren't really thrilled when Cammy hangs out around them, seeing that she's quite the needy third wheel. Jen elbows Jacob in the stomach and he elbows her back softly.

"C'mon, Cam," Jen calls as Jacob drags her off to the living room. They walk out and I look at Ryan.

He grabs me by the waist and spins me around before placing me on the counter. I'm suddenly lost in this feeling as we kiss and kiss. All I know is the taste of his lips, the feeling of his breath on my neck.

I think Cammy comes in to talk to me at one point, and I signal for her to wait a sec, but she mutters, "Oh, get a room!" and stomps off.

Being the couple of the year is hard work, but if it means doing this all the time, maybe it won't be so bad.

Around midnight, I meet up with my boyfriend again and we resume our make out session, for lack of a better term. And I'm really pleased with the kiss, with him, with everything. Until I feel his hand slip just a little too far up my shirt. Disgusted, I stop and push him away a little.

"Ry. Stop."

"Babe, it's fine," he says, he had creeping back up my stomach as he leans in again.

"No!" I hiss at him. This is way too much.

"Fine," he agrees, "Sorry Ashlynn."

Thank you. I think, and peck him on the cheek before hopping off the couch and scanning the rom for Cammy. I really don't need boys right now.
