Travis POV
I went to school the next day expecting to see Violet and tell her thanks for trying to help me but she wasn't at school at all and her friends wouldn't tell me any fuckin thing. It's the weekend and I won't be seeing her at all and it's making Koda upset for some reason.
Monday after Violets birthday
It's Monday and Violet should be back at school today and for some reason Koda is really excited and anxious. As I jumped out of my truck I smelt the most amazing smell and only one thing was on my mind which my wolf was helpfully yelling at me"go to MATE" Koda yelled at me. I followed the scent through the halls until I came to Violets locker where she stood looking like she went through hell and back. She had just opened her locker when something flew out of the locker at her. It was a small dead wolf pups body with a bunch of notes taped to it Violet went even more pale as she looked from it to me. As soon as I started to try to talk to her she bolted. She ran past about ten or more students who were laughing at her and calling her names who are also going to be punished for doing this to my mate. She ran outside and jumped on her dirt bike and took off out of the school lot. I hopped in my truck to go after her but I couldn't catch up. She just disappeared I can't find her and I've been searching for an hour so now I'm going to search in wolf form. It's been five hours and I just did find a faint scent
I found her bike before I found her. She was propped up on a tree twenty feet away from the road and bike with a huge wolf in either side of her growling at a medium-sized werewolf coming at her from the side. She was conscious but barely. I recognized the wolf but couldn't remember who he was. I shifted back to my human side behind a tree and put on some shorts the other wolf did the same but it wasn't a he it was a she. It was Regan and she was walking toward Violet with a knife. I ran up to her and tried to grab the knife but she FUCKING STABBED ME!!!! I laughed at her and said"why are you trying to kill her?" She laughed" I came back to finish what I started" she said so I lunged at her and snapped her neck.
