Guardians

Chapter 5

He enters the room and pulls out a clipboard from the wall. "Okay Terra this is your room. This will test some of the parts of your ability. So on that note let's begin." He looks through his notes and pulls a remote out from his pocket and pushes the first button.

    A lifeless dead husky comes through a floor panel. Terra rushes over and starts muttering a chant that is in another language that I somehow understand "Cast your love down and give this being life" As she's repeating this her eyes start to glow one is white and the other is black; dots of the opposite colour appear and look like yin and yang. I glance over at felix who finishes up his notes and puts on sunglasses. With a huge white light she engulfs the room with her abilities and we have to shield our eyes. Just as quick as the light covers the room the light is gone. Everyone looks back down and the husky is as full of life as ever.

    "Amazing, Terra!" Felix puts back his glasses.

    "That's all I've trained my ability to do let's just move onto the next person" She was a little shaky.

    "We will definitely need to harness the rest of the parts your element holds like Aura Manipulation, Aether Manipulation, etc."

    "Seems like a lot" she says.

    "Not at all" he says. "Once you learn your abilities it should be super easy to harness them."

    "I can't wait!" She says.

"The next room is for Mark." We walk into the room and it feels very warm. "Mark, show me what you got!"

Mark smile and pushes his leg out to spin around arms out. He spins faster and faster until we can hardly see his facial features. He slams his fingers to the ground and stares at the ground. His eyes shoot up as they look like his eyes are fireballs...Wait. They are. Mark lifts his hand up and a ball of light is hovering underneath his hand. He puts his other hand on the other side of the ball. "This," he spoke "is the center of the earth I made it so you could see it and not have it burn your eyes." He spreads out his hands and it pulls apart like putty he plays with it in his hands. Mark forcefully plants his hand back on the ground and the fire fades from his eyes. "I am going to need some help for this one."

He shuts his eyes and squeezes them shut. His eyes fly open only to see the black pit that are now his eyes. He crumples to the ground in pain as black bat wings with pink lightning bolt like lines on the wings shoot from his back they spread like a butterfly coming out of a cocoon. Horns shoot out from his head and they goes backwards and upturn into a point. His looks directly at Felix as he smile the most evil smile he can. Fangs are now replacing his first canines. "I" he spoke his voice was very raspy. "Am. Darkiplier." A long tail about the size of a wire and a spear head with a pink tip flicks from behind his back."Mark only calls me when he needs me to use one part of his power so allow me to begin. Hey, does anyone have a match?" He is wearing a black Markiplier shirt with the collar ripped and the M is pink. He is also wearing tight, ripped jeans with a belt.

"I do...Why?" Felix said

"Light it and drop it flame side down here." He holds out the bottom of his shirt. I realize he has fingers that are super long and are pointed with pink fingertips to the second joint, He also has  black arms about halfway down his forearm and he has black-ish grey lightning bolt to his elbows.

"NO! I don't want to hurt you" Felix sounds sad That happened to him when he met me so I guess when he meets someone new he does his best to protect people he just met.

"Trust me."He said calmly. Felix lit the match and dropped it on his shirt and almost instantly became engulfed in flames. He wasn't getting burned. He    has   fire   resistant   skin. "Marina" He nodded at her.

She shoots water at him and puts out the fire. Dark walks over to Felix and extends out his black and pink right hand. Felix shakes it. Dark backs up smiles and bursts into flames and disintegrates. Instead of turning into ash. Mark is there in his clothes but they are...singed. Mark's eyes are still black and his fangs are there too. Mark blinks tightly and his eyes were normal. That handsome brown that I know and love. He yawns and I see his fangs shrink back into normal teeth.

"Got other powers mark?"

"Ya here I'm a bit drained but I think I can do this." He holds his hand out to Felix with his palm facing up. His thumb and pinky finger are sticking up. He slowly closes his hand into a fist. Felix's face goes cold and he lifts his hands to his biceps shivering.

"Did you just take my body heat?"

"Ya. Do you want it back"

"YES!!" Felix yells at Mark

Mark opens his hands and there is a small glass-like ball in his hand. Mark blows on the ball and it floats over to Felix and goes in through his chest at his heart. Felix instantly drops his hands and smiles.

"That is so cool" Felix is like a kid on christmas

"I know right" Mark mimics Felix's excitement.

"Did you train all of your powers?" He asks

"Ya." Mark's excitement dies. "Can we move on" He starts feeling embarrassed because he is at the center of attention.

"Sure this next room is for Marina."
