Aiden

I stopped at Azure Enterprises, also known as the company I will soon take over that I really don't want.

Stepping out of the car, I handed the valet the key so that he could park it.

As I entered the building, I was greeted by the employees. They all greeted me as I walked past them.

I entered my office and greeted my assistant, an efficient lad by the name of Paul. He stood as soon as he saw me.

"G-good morning Mr. Martin." he said, hurrying to fix the files on his desk.

I nodded. "Good morning. How's the girlfriend?"

He frowned. "She dumped me. Said I was boring."

I sighed. Paul and I go back to college days, so if his girlfriend dumped him, he probably said something stupid.

"What did you do?"

"I did nothing."

I cocked my eyebrow at this. "Good joke, what did you do to piss her off?"

"We were all cozy in the living room and she was watching some dumb show, I think it was Empire or something. Anyway, all I asked was for the remote so that I could watch the Flash, I mean you know me I'm a DC comic man. She got angry and left and told me that it's over and that she's fed up of me."

I shook my head. "You are a special kind of stupid you know that?"

"Whatever, I'm glad she dumped me. We had nothing in common and what I liked she hated. I mean, if you can't stand The Flash or even Harry Potter, then you gotta go."

I laughed. "Paul, you need to keep you a girlfriend."

"So do you."

"Girlfriends are overrated. Girls need a sensitive guy like you. I'm sure the right girl will come along."

"Funny. Anyway, your dad is here. Says he'd like to see you in his office, alone."

I sighed. I really didn't want to see him.

I thanked Paul and left my office. I got into the elevator and headed up to the top floor. I opened the door to find my father with another woman. They were kissing.

"Guess Linda wasn't enough then..." I say.

The woman jumped off of my father like he was on fire.

"Who's Linda?" she asked.

I laughed. She seemed to be around 18, wearing a tight fitting black halter dress that stopped mid thigh. Her hair looked ruffled and her lipstick was smeared.

"Oh you don't know?" I ask sarcastically.

She shakes her head no and shoots a glare at my father who in turn glares at me.

"Linda is his beautiful wife, the one he left my mother to die for."

"Aiden!" shouted my father.

I ignored him and continued speaking to the girl. "Listen um..."

"Lisa."

"Lisa, you look like you have your entire life ahead of you. If you want to be sexually active, do so. But not with someone that needs to gorge on the blue pill."

My father turned red in the face while Lisa laughed.

"It's true, he uses that a lot. Anyway," she said glaring at my father, "I should go. Pay my respects to Linda."

With that she left the room.

My father sprang out of his chair. "You good for nothing piece of shit!!!!!!!"

"Calm down Father," I said sarcastically, "I'm only here because you wanted me to. Just had to take out the trash."

He seemed to calm down a little. "Okay, um, well, what I was saying is that I'll be retiring soon."

"Really? This is what you called me for?"

"Listen here you little-"

"HEY! Tell me what you have to tell me! Don't insult me! I'm your only heir so treat me with some fucking respect!"

"AIDEN!"

"You have 3 seconds to calm down or I swear to God I'll leave this office and never come back."

He sighed deeply and pinched the bridge of his nose. He was having a headache.

He'll suffer a lot of those for the heartache he caused Mama.

"Next Wednesday will be the official transfer of the company into your name. Once you sign the documents in the presence of everyone at the party..."

Party?

"...you'll be the new CEO of Azure Enterprises, the legacy of the Marin family."

"Joy." I said sarcastically.

He ignored my statement. "There is a condition."

Of course, there is...

"What condition?" I asked. If there was a condition and I don't agree to it, it'll be my excuse to refuse the position of CEO.

"You have to marry."

What. A. Joke.

"Good one Dad, always knew you had a funny bone. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be refusing this "esteemed" position of yours."

I turned to leave, when my father's words stopped me.

"Then Melvin will take over."

I sighed in frustration. Melvin was Linda's bratty son. He doesn't know how to talk to anyone, but he can sure as hell suck up to anyone in power. If he gets it...well just imagine Stewie finally killing Lois.

I turned around to see the old man all happy, it was as if he was scared to have Melvin take over.

"I hate you. I hope you rot in hell."

"That's my boy. Now hurry, you have to present her as your fiance at the party tomorrow."

How do I find a girl like that? And where?
