Liza and I walked around Walmart with supplies in our cart for school. So far we had everything but our binders.
"How can't they have binder's?, its like the first thing on every list" Liza exclaimed.
"Exactly, school starts in two weeks everyone already has one, we got here to late" I explained. "I should have gone shopping when I got here"
We walked around the store some more before giving up and going to pay for our stuff. We waited in line for about two minutes, we we're finally going up to pay.
"Asherha!" I heard an all to familiar voice literally scream angrily. I froze in my place not moving, not even to take a breath. I didn't know why I froze, its not like it would've helped me but it was the first thing I did.
"We are so dead" Liza's voice shook a bit. Probably because she was facing me and could look over my shoulder to see the rage my brother was casting.
"Stay calm he'll get angrier if we run and move into another country" I said. Her eyes got wide, before I could turn around to see, I heard him.
"You think this is a game Asherha" Oscar whisper by my ear. It tickled, but I didn't dare laugh. Instead I flinched away at the tone of his voice.
I couldn't help but notice the people watching this exchange. It was embarrassing to be punished in front of a crowd, especially by my big brother who looked nothing like me.
"Come, so we can have a little more privacy" he said more calmly, but I didn't buy it. I could practically feel his anger at me.
I still haven't seen his face yet, and frankly I didn't want to either by the way he sounded.
"Chance, can you please pay and get there bags in the car? Then take the motorcycle home." He told a guy that must have been his driver. Chance held out his hands for the key.
I smirked at him. "Its my thumb print." Chance looked at Oscar for further directions.
"Forget about the bike just get the bags" he told him.
Oscar pushed me forward telling me to walk outside. I walked Fast enough so Oscar wouldn't bump into me but slow enough to stall from my punishment I'm sure going to get.
I didn't notice Blake was here until I heard him trying to lowly screaming at Liza. I wanted to tell him it was all my fault, but Oscar kept pushing me further.
"What were you going to do with your bags?" Oscar asked.
"What?" I said confused.
"You had too many bags to have on that motorcycle. What were you going to do?" He asked again. I stopped and face him kinda nervous.
"I knew Blake was going to try and find us, and we were already getting supply's so I knew he would look here sooner or later" I explained.
"What you didn't know is he was going to call me" Oscar said reading my mind. I nodded my head sadly. He looked exactly like I predicted, he was calm and collective but you can see the anger in his eyes, making them look darker.
"I'll never know what's in that mind of yours Asherha" he said shaking his head. He nodded his head towards the exit telling me to go ahead. I sighed and started to walk again towards the exit.
"Mom will kill me" Oscar mumbled. I rolled my eyes at him, mostly because he couldn't see me. Once we were outside I saw a long, black limo.
"Didn't you have time to change cars?" I ask looking around. I didn't want anyone my age to see me getting in a limo.
