14.Piper's Coffee search

Last time on TAGITHC.....
"Thank you, Thank you very much" Jazabelle says in an Elvis impression and dance as everyone laughs. 'I think I've finally found a family' 'I think I've finally found friends, maybe even more' Spirit and Jazabelle think as they look around at these new people in their lives. 'It looks like our family just got bigger' the first 3 members think smiling at each other.

Character intro: Her mother left shortly after she was born, so only her father and 7 brothers were there to raise her so she didn't have much feminine energy around growing up. She took a big interest in sports when she was 3 and it never left. When she was 10 her dad got a girl friend who was the definition of girly. The moment her dads girl friend met her she could tell the woman didn't like her and it quickly grew to hate within a week just because she was a tomboy. She had no problem with the woman because she made her dad happy, it wasn't until she moved in with her 2 daughters that she had a problem. The 3 were rude and money thirsty. They treated Piper like trash and turned their noses at most of the things her brothers did, though they didn't really pay much attention to them so they never noticed how Piper was being treated. Within 3 months of living there her father got engaged and they had this big over the top expensive wedding. Her now step mother Vicky and step sisters Veronica and Valery slowly tore apart her family. Her brothers who were 18 and 19 moved out after the wedding, then as the years went on 3 more brothers left when they turned 18, while her father barely spent time with her or her other 2 brothers who grew distant from her. She put more focus on sports to ignore the pain of loosing her happy family. By the time she was 14 her step mother and sisters were constantly attacking her verbally and forcing her to do all chores while her father was out of town so they could give most of the servants time off and laugh at her. She got a letter in the mail from her mother and she was contemplating to see her but her step family seemed to make that decision for her after what they did that one night, she'd never forget it no matter how much she wished she could. She ended up running to the address that was on the letter and from that night on she lived with her mother, taking care of her.
Position in club: Queen Sport- Plays just about every sport there is, gives tips on improving, talk about games that were recently played( school games or professional games), play a small game outside

(Piper's POV)
I look down at my grocery list to see what's left to get, peas, ramen, and instant coffee. I run my hand threw my short green hair as I try to remember where the instant coffee is. "Do you need help locating something" a voice said behind me, I turn around only to look down at a girl wearing a stitch onsie. "Uh I was just trying to remember where the instant coffee is, it's not something I get often so I tend to forget where it is" I ramble off before shutting myself up. The girl laughs good naturally. "I can show you were it is, I was just heading that way anyways" she said as she walked in front of me with her basket. I made sure to take smaller strides so I wouldn't run into her as I followed behind her. "My names Ghost by the way" she says as we turn a corner into the coffee isle. "Piper" I say smiling down at her, a sense of realization seem to hit her right when I was turning my head but I still caught it. Before I could wonder further she asked a question I honestly wasn't expecting. "Do you happen to be Piper Picket?" She asked with a tilt of her head. Startled I just look at her and blink for a couple seconds before my brain starts working again. "Yeah?" I stumble out lamely. I almost facepalm myself before I'm distracted from my thoughts once again by this girl. "Wow your the 2nd person on my to search for list to accidentally stumble upon before even looking for you" she seems to mumble to herself before beaming up at me while I still look at her blinking like a idiot. "I was going to find you tomorrow at school to ask if you'd join the club I'm creating" she smiles at me while I shake off my shock. "What kind of club? I don't know if anyone's told you or not but I'm not really good at girly stuff or that interested in it" I mumble at the end. I hear her laugh before she continues on. "But that's why I want you! My clubs call A Helping Hand and each member helps people in their field of expertise and your case would be sports!" She said jumping up and down excitedly. I was shocked and intrigued by what she said, 'A Helping Hand Club,huh' I thought. " You could give sports advice and tips or talk about sports with people and when you have enough people you guys could play a game! Your passion name would be Queen Sport!" She exclaimed excitedly. I smiled, that sounds pretty fun but then I remembered mom, I can't leave her alone after school. "You'd also be in charge of your own schedule, if there's days you can't come that's fine or if you can only stay for an hour after school that fine too. I'm sure there's going to be days we don't have club or we'll have it before school or at lunch time." She explained. "Alright you e convinced me" I laugh lightly. She seems to beam with happiness, 'this is gonna be quite the adventure I just signed up for' I think to myself while grabbing the coffee I need. "Do you think you could come to Art Room 3 on Friday? That's when I'm taking everyone out to get things for their stations. I already got every sport equipment I could think of so that part for you is covered but I'm letting everyone customize their space and also pick out what plates and cups they want for snacks and stuff. I think you will probably be done within an hour or less but you'd also get to meet the other members too." She rambled on before realizing she was rambling. I just laughed and ruffled her hair while she blushed. "I should be able to make it Friday" I smile down at her. "Great! I'll let you get back to your shopping now, see you Friday Piper!" She hugged me before skipping away. "Bye Ghost" I laughed before going to grab a can of peas and a couple packages of ramen. As I was checking out I was thinking about my new club, 'this is definitely gonna be interesting' I think before paying and heading home to mom.

(Ghost's POV)
I skip down the coffee isle to the check out lanes with a sh*t eating grim on my face. Oh boy I've been hanging around Jazabelle to much, she's already rubbing off on me. "Hey what took so long, did ya get lost in the coffee isle?" Kaoru teased me. "Haha very funny" I rolled my eyes while putting everything from my basket onto the counter. "I ran into Piper actually" I said after a minute. "Really? What is up with you and running into our potential club members on accident" Kaoru laughed out. "I have no clue but I'm excited! It's only the 2nd day of member hunting and we already have 4 out of 6!" I squeal while Kaoru decides to be a butt nugget and pay while I'm distracted. "Kaoru!" I yell as I slap his arm. "How many time are we gonna have this argument?" I exclaim as we walk out the store to my truck. "None if you learn to accept that I'm gonna buy things for my onechan when ever I get the chance" I sigh before hugging him. "Thank you Oniichan" I mumble into his chest since he's taller than me like everyone else *sighi* curse you shortness!. We both climb into my truck to head home for another cooking lesson, and yes you heard right I said home. Kaoru's been spending every night at my house since he hates sleeping alone and I like cuddles. So we asked his Kaoru mom if Kaoru could move in with me explaining what's going on with him and Hikaru, and how Kaoru's having trouble sleeping alone to the point it was starting to affect his grades but now there going back up. Then finally we explained how I live alone and it's nice having a brother around. So now Kaoru lives with me but has to visit once a week for dinner unless his parents are out of town. I can tell Kaoru's more happy now and he enjoys my routine and living style. I also feel happier and less lonely. "What are you thinking about?" Kaoru asks since I've been quiet since we left the store parking lot. "Just how lucky I am to have you as a brother" I smile at him and he smiles back.

Whoop whoop! Piper was introduced! It is 4am and I'm slightly delusional but anypickle do you guys have a favorite club member so far? Just 2 left to introduce! I'll have the next two chapters up soon since it's now 5am and I'm to tired to continue writing the next chapter, I literally spent 4 hours writing 3 and a half chapters I think I deserve a cookie.
