Stretch out and look up at the clear blue sky
Close your eyes and feel the sun’s warmth
The breeze dancing across your skin
Do you feel it on your face?
I hope there is a smile there
Can you hear the water gently moving?
Can you hear the birds singing?
Do you feel the warm of my hand over your heart?
The fingers of my other hand slowly rubbing your temple.
Do you feel my concern for you?
Do you feel how much I care for you?
Concentrate on my touch.
Concentrate on the beating of your heart.
Concentrate on the swaying of the hammock.
Give me your concerns, your troubles, you worries.
Let me hold them safely for you tonight.
I promise I will guard them for you.
Close your eyes and let it go.
