Pineapples: A worthy enemy

(Time Jump next morning)

Pineapples, lots and lots of pineapples. That's all Will could think about in Capture the Flag (CTF). There was this one kid especially, his hair was spiked up in multiple directions. Will didn't think it would seem very offensive, so he nicknamed him Pineapple-head. The current alliance was Poseidon, Athena, Zeus,Apollo with the blue flag while Ares,Hades,Aphrodite,the Hunters and the minor demigods were red. Willcould barely move with all the various types of armour that was strapped onto him. He jogged over to the blue team in the midst of the huddle. "This is what's going to go down." Annabeth said to the group. "Apollo cabin, head over to the south trees by Zeus's fist. Station yourselves and spread apart. Archers ready arrows. I want you to draw them over to the creek in the west by the mouth." she said to Will Solace. "Poseidon. The mass of the other team will be drawn out as an invasion force. So, do what you have to do to take them out." Percy threw Will over his shoulder and jogged to the creek. "Athena kids. We're going to take a page out of the Roman's book. We're going to go with Delta Phi Epsilon. Pila with a twist. I want the Zeus cabin escorting the Athena's from the air. We will be in tortuga formation so you will have to take out any straggling oppistion from the red team. They are gonna expect Malcolm and I in the front of the attack force, so we're going to stay poised around the flags. Zeus, Poseidon, Apollo. Once you guys finish off the scouts, meet back here to set up a snare for the attack force. We're going to use spider silk to make a weaved web large enough for their entire team. I hate spiders, but this will be worth it. Everybody Clear?" Annabeth finished with a shout. The team responded with loud cheers of recognition. They sprinted offf to their starting positions;weapons in hand.

Clarisse jumped onto the rock with a yell. "QUIET DOWN YOU i̱líthioi! This is what's going to happen. We Ares kids are going to charge, everyone just stay outta the way and do what you want. Time for the ocean spawn to learn not to mess with La Rue." Scott raised his hand. "And me?" he said. "Death Breath Junior can just use his little spear." Scott huffed and stalked away on his heel.

Chiron's loud voice boomed. "Teams at the Ready?!"There were cries of recognition as Chiron began the countdown. "In 5...4...3...2...1...Go!" The Ares cabin let out war cries and charged full force. Bolts of lightning flew from the sky and water sloshed out and soaked the Ares. Clarisse let out a roar. "Jackson! You're dead!" Percy backed away and shoved Will in front of him. "It wasn't me this time? It was him." Will glared daggers at Percy. Clarisse dropped her spears and raised her beefy fists at Jackson.

"Just this time, Jackson." He laughs as the horn sounds to signal the end of the game.

Jade drops from the sky, grinning madly. "Party at Zeus Cabin!" she yells.If there was one thing Jade knew how to do, it was party.

"PARTY ON!!" A Hermes kid shouted. All time low was blaring from the speakers and campers were dancing wildly. Scott bumped into an Apollo camper as he walked to the snack table. Even before Camp Half-Blood, Scott was pretty introverted. 

"Hey!!" She said perkily. She was semi asian, and fairly short. "I'm Kathy!".  Scott nodded. 

"Scott." Jade was at the other end of the party, seeing them talk intently throughout the party. She smiled evilly and had only one thought in mind.

"Ship."
