I rolled out of bed. Went downstairs to see if my mom was home she wasn't. I walked back up to my room and took my shower. I did the rest of my hygiene and put on my high waisted jeans and my pink floral shirt I threw on my chain my Jordan's and grabbed my phone. I seen it was only 7:22 which Was a little to early to leave and I seen my old diary. I grabbed it and started writing in it.

"it hard, all the negativity people tryna bring me down. Me and my friends know what I've been through no one else did I wanted to leave this earth plenty of times. I'm cold hearted. I don't have a heart. I have a dream tho that I try to fill and make money. I'm not tryna struggle nomore. Many people run away from me my ex made me even more cold hearted I really can say I was in love with that nigga."

I heard a knock at my door.

Me: mom?

Mom: yes sweetie come downstairs I want you to meet someone

Me: okay

I closed my diary and put it in my draw and went downstairs like my mother had demanded me. I seen my mom talking to this woman and as I creeped down the steps more I seen Ayo & Teo.

Mom: Queenie

Me: yes, hi

Mom: so I'm going out of state on a work trip for about a month and this is my friend Tyana. If you need anything she lives right down the street. Also she has 2 sons which are dancers just like you and they go to your school

Me: okay

Tyana: you can just call me auntie and come here Mateo and leloo come here

They came and Mateo just kept staring at me. To be totally honest I don't know what girls see in him he creeps me out he just stares.

Auntie: give each other a hug

I gave them each a hug.

Teo: are you good

Me: yea

Teo: let me see your hands

I showed

Teo: ya knuckles should be broken

Mom: y'all have classes together? And what are y'all talking about

Me: yes and I got mad yesterday

Mateo was just staring at me. I rolled my eyes.

Auntie: come on so I can drive y'all to school

Mom: give me a hug and kiss

I gave my mom a hug and kiss and walked to "Aunties" car. I sat right in the back with Mateo. He was just staring.

Me: can you stop *whispers*

Teo: I'm sorry *whispers*

We arrived at school. I thank Auntie and jumped out. She rolled down the window

Auntie: Yall going to the studio after school right

Us: yes

Auntie: okay y'all can walk it not that far

We all nodded and My friends ran up to me.

Tavi: what was that

Me: my mom is going on a work trip for a month and her best friend is in charge of me till she gets back

Kiya: oh

We just talked but I wasn't really engaged with the conversation because this girl that has been trouble since 5th grade was talking and smiling and laughing with Teo. I really don't know why I was bothered but i brushed it off.
