Chapter 2:
"You may want to sit down for this..."
Louis felt his heart drop. Slowly everyone sat. Awaiting the news to be heard. Louis' chest is tighting within every second. The beat of his heart was rising, beating so fast and hard you could hear it coming faster than the speed of sound.
"Mr.Payne has been put in a coma."
Those words was all it took for Mrs.Payne to completely pass out.
"Karen. Karen. Honey. Honey. "
"NURSE." The doctor called for a nurse while he continued his explanations and the complications. Honestly, Louis has never felt so overwhelmed. Louis told Liam that everything will turn out fine with the surgery. Louis told him everything will be alright. Louis had told him not to worry. 'Now look where I put everyone.' Was all he thought. 'I should've listened to Liam when he said that this transplant will be dangerous. WHY DIDNT I LISTEN?!?!?! Why did this have to happen? What he do? Nothing.' All these questions and statements running through his mind like lightning.
"While Mr.Payne's kidney was being replaced, a muscle must have been pulled violently therefore causing internal bleeding throughout his entire lower adbomen. In that instant Mr.Payne's began to shake reprehensibly. The bleeding was beyond control. Although there enough time to fix the procedure quickly, Mr.Payne has been put in a coma for many purposes. One is the internal bleeding. The second reason is for healing the scars. There is also something i must only speak to his parents and to his spouse." Louis swore he feel like he just died inside constantly inside his body. Louis look over to Karen and Geoff and Geoff's facial expression was of pure shock but washed away when he looked at Louis, His teeth clench together.
Geoff pulled Louis and the doctor to the side and asked the doctor to proceed, all Geoff stated was Karen was not emotionally stable. She didnt seem to calm herself down. They all believed this news was scaring her , overwhelming her with the thoughts of possibly losing her son.
"Mr.Payne, Mr.Tomlinson. I'd like to inform you your son has both the sex organs of a male and a female." Louis gasped at the sudden information.
"Wait, what? How is that even possible? Geoff practically yelled.
"You see Mr.Payne, the only way this is possible is when two separate eggs fuse together in the womb of the mother. Liam here, was supposed to have a fraternal twin. But as I told you previously, the eggs used together thus creating a single human with both female and male sex organs. That is my theory at which is the most likely at this point. "
"Is my son likely to become pregnant exactly like a female?" Geoff seemed to be absolutely astonished by this twist in scienfic reality.
"Veritably, no. If Mr.Payne were to become pregnant their will be many complications with his internal organs and may cause plenty of damage to his body." The doctor carried forward.
"Doctor besides this, notification, is there anything else that could possibly affect Liam's future?" Louis asked sliently.
"No, if there is anything else I would inform Mr. and Mrs.Payne."
