chapter 6; carnival

(LILY'S POV)

I can't believe harry did that. I knew I felt safe with him, but he did it for my mom too. He's a really good person. 

"So we're going to the carnival?" i ask

"yeah" he says keeping his eyes on the road 

I took this chance to study the features on his face. His jawline is perfectly structured, and his face is serious while driving, then he smirked "take a picture it will last longer" he says "so you're saying this date wont be good," I say and he chuckled "yeah it will" he says and he puts his hand on my thigh, I don't know why I let him but it just left right. As i looked out the window i saw the lights of the carnival an i smiled "i haven't been to a carnival in forever" i confess

"Well you're here now" he says and he parks.

"are you hungry?" he ask 

"not now, but if you are then you can get something" i say smiling

"i like it when you smile" he says making me blush while i look down at my feet as we walk through the crowd

"but no I'm not hungry" he chuckles

(HARRY'S POV)

Me and Lily walks around for bit, I think its funny how whenever she sees a cute stuffed animal she freaks out and I laugh.

My eyes start to wander around thats when I see Kirsty. She thinks that I'm dating her or somewhat, lets just say she's a slut. She turns her head to face me an she smiles walking closer to me. I quickly take Lily's small hand in mine intertwining our fingers together an whisper in her ear "just go with it" 

"HARRY!!!" Kirsty squeals running over to me, god she's annoying.  I gently squeeze Lily's hand.

"hi' i say to her 

"i hope you know its going to get cold outside, you're not even wearing clothes" Lily says making me little out a chuckle

"yeah well looks like you're not getting a boy anytime" Kirsty say 

"news flash, I'm dating Harry" Lily's says holding up our entwined fingers "so i don't need any boy" she adds

"Harry i thought we had something special" Kirsty frowns 

"there was nothing between us" i simply say

"If you two were dating, kiss her" she says.

"fine" Lily's suddenly says an grabs my face placing her lips on mine. Ok im not suppose to feel this way but there are fireworks, i dont know why. i grab her by her waist pulling her closer to me. Her arms fling around my neck deeping the kiss

"ok i get it" Kirsty say and Lily pulls away "have a good night" she says and Kirsty walks aways.

i smile down at Lily "what" she smiles 'thats was nice" i say "so your saying, i am a pretty good kisser?" she questions "i dont know let me see again" i say putting my hand behind her neck cupping it an pressing my lips on hers, there goes the fireworks again "yeah, your a good kisser" i say pulling away, i see her blush.

as the night went on, i won Lily a stuffed animal, we went on rides and lets say we kissed alittle. 

"can we go on the firrieswheel?" she asks "sure" say.

When we get to the top it goes slower "its amzying" she says looking over the cart "ah" she says and i quickly grab her waist pulling her back to me "aw you really do care" she says sitting on my lap, i took that as a surpirise "you knoe, i would like to get you on another date" i whisper in the crook of her neck "oh really?" she asks and i nod. "what happened to the cocky prick? the badass?" she asks

"you" i say.
