I woke up to hailie crying on my stomach.

"Hailie what's wrong?"

"She dumped me. After over a year, she dumped me. She left me for a guy she had been cheating on me with. A tall, handsome guy. And here I am ugly, fat, worthless, useless... why can't my life just be normal? "

"I say the same thing. You are not fat. You are not ugly. You are not us less, and you are not worthless. If you where worthless would I have hundred or more scares to prove you weren't worthless. Not to me. No matter what I am here. I am here and I love you like a sister. I will never leave you and I want you to be happy."

"Tha.- thank you.  I love you too Abbi."
She shifted and I saw her wrist. It was bloody. Then I noticed the other. Then the blood in her gray leggings. "Why can't she love me..." she sobbed.

She handed me a ring. It was her and rosies anniversary ring. That girl hurt her so bad. She pushed her to this. I hate her. I know hailie loves her, but I hate her.

Andy woke up next to me and noticed the crying hailie. I think he saw her wrists and the blood because he hopped up and said "I'll be right back. "

He came back with gauze, medical tape, and rubbing achol.
Minutes later she was cleaned up and staring off into space with a dead expression.

Angel and star walked into the hospital room. They took me in and each shed a tear or two. Did I really look that bad. Star looked at hailie at grabbed her hand. She gave me a look that said' well talk later'  and was out of the room with hailie in a heart beat.

"So Abbi how are you? " Angel asked.

Stars pov...
Me and hailie where I'm the girls bathroom, and hailie was crying.
Over a 'll she looked horrible. She had makeup down her face, her eyes puffy from crying.

"I don't understand. What's wrong with me? "

"There is nothing wrong with you. You are perfect the way you are and Rosie is a bitch.  You can do better hun. "

"But she's my only love. I loved her. I gave her everything she wanted. Money, jewelry,  any thing. If she doesn't love me, then why do I love her so much? "
"Because she's all you have known. When you are ready, do some dating. Maybe a guy. No I'm not hating on girl on girl, obvi because I'm with a girl. Try something new."

"I will try. "

"I know you can do it. Don't listen to what people say, they will do anything,to,ruin your day, your life. Fuck them. Fuck her. Fuck the shit,that makes you feel down. You wrists and thighs, quit that. Let the scars you already have be your strength. You are stromg. "

"Thank you so much star, I can't ever repay you. You made some pain go away. At least some one cares. Some one knows."

"We all care. I may not know you, but I'm picked on and when I'm sad, people make me happy. I want to do the same. You know Abbi and Andy care for you too. Don't let sadness and depression get in the way of the ones that love you and the ones you love."

"Thank you.."

By now we where in a friend hug and she was really, crying. She backed away to the mirror, wiped away tests and stray makeup, then said "I'm ready."

With a final glance at her wrist she said "I am stronger than this."

And with that said we where on our way back to abbis room.

Angels pov...

While hailie and star where gone, I explain the rest of the situation to Abbi.

I received a text from star saying' all better.'

I smiled and said to Abbi that star had it under control. Within a few minutes star and hailie walked back in.

"Are you ready babe? I have to make dinner still and we both have work in the morning." Only after she said this did I realise it was ten at night. "Oh shit yah, let's go."

We both walked over to Abbi, gave her a friendly peck on the cheek since she couldn't move that much. Next was Andy and we gave him a bro hug, him picking us both up and spinning us. We giggles like small children.

Next was hailie who looked deep in thought or very sad. Or both.

I hugged her and gave her a pat on the back. Star hugged her and said' if you need help or some one to talk to, I'm only a phone call or text message away. Be safe. Be smart."

With that they split and star smiled kindly at her, to let her know ever thing would be okay.

I grabbed stars hand with her cute hello kitty bracelet, and I heard hailie say," I'm strong. Scars are strength." She said it in a low whisper so no,one would hear,  butt I did.

Me and star walked out the door holding hands, out to my mini red Cooper.  I think hailie would be okay. I knew she would.

Abbi pov...

"So hailie what did star say?  "

"She said basically not to give up because you guys love me and that. Her and Angel are my friends. She said scars are strength and Fuck what anyone says."

"Star is a smart girl." I pulled her onto my bed next to,me. I rubbed small relaxing circles into her back until she fell asleep.

"Hey babe, what was it like in purgatory? "

"Scary as shit. It was blank. Black. And there was a strange being with a dark cloak and hood. It had pink glowing hair."

"Creepy. Promise you will never go there again? "

"I promise. Andy I love you and I heard everything everyone said while I was out. I know what happened to my dad. He passed when I was a baby, but he loved me. I can live happy now that I know my dad wasn't a one night stand."

"You would be mine and beautiful either way. "

He smiled at me and gave me my pain meds, which slowly made sleep come over me.
