Chapter 3: Werewolf

Carters P.O.V

I bumped into something hard and fell on my ass.

"I'm so sorry!" The person said and helped me up. Once I got up I dusted myself off and looked up to see who I bumped into. When I looked up something felt different. When our eyes locked with each other, his turned to an amber yellow while mine turned into a dark orange color.

"Werewolf" We said in unison. We stared at each other before I cleared my throat.

"Umm... I'm sorry for bumping into you, I'm Scott McCall" They guy Scott said and held his hand out. I shook it and responded

"I'm Carter Winters and it's okay, I'm fine" I was just about to turn around and leave before he spoke up.

"Hey Carter?" He said. I turned around to face him.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Umm... How long have you... you know... been a werewolf?" He asked. I'm kinda happy that he didn't realize that I'm half witch too.

"A few years, but I gotta go, I got school tomorrow" I said to him.

"Yeah, sorry. So, umm... I'll see you in school?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, bye" I said and started running again.

"Bye" I could hear Scott faintly say from behind me.

Once I got home I could see Carson and Cassity sitting in the kitchen talking to Aunt Malia. I walked into the kitchen and all eyes were on me.

"What?" I asked confused that all of them were watching me.

"Carter, there is some supernatural stuff going on in this town like werewolves. They will sense the werewolf part of you and your sister but try your best and hide the witch part, okay" Aunt Malia said.

"Yeah, ofcourse. But does that mean that Cassity can't use her magic at all?" I asked thinking about how Cassity is only a witch.

"Well, she is aloud to use it. Just not anywhere where people can see her" Aunt Malia said and walked over to the fridge.

"Okay, well I'm gonna go take a shower then I'm gonna go to bed, So goodnight!" I said and walked up the stairs to my room. I took a quick shower and got ready for bed. Tomorrow was the first day of school, but thanks to Aunt Malia. We get to start school as the same time as everyone else.

I put my alarm on and then layed on my bed. I wasn't tired at all but if I'm gonna have school tomorrow I need to get some sleep. I took a book and read it until I fell asleep.

Carsons P.O.V

When Carter was out for her run, I went and knocked on Cassitys door. She opened her door with magic, because she's too lazy to get up from the bed to open the door.

"Hey, How you holding up?" I asked trying to cheer her up somehow.

"Like shit, I mean seriously? Why did we have to move?" She said in an annoyed tone.

"Well, it's supposed to be safer here, like Aunt Malia said" I said

"Yeah well, I don't feel any different" Cassity said.

"C'mon Cass, you wanna help me find an outfit for tomorrow?" I asked Cass.

"Fine" She said and got up. We walked out of her room and was heading towards mine until we heard Aunt Malia yell us downstairs. Cass groaned and I gave her an apologetic smile.

We went downstairs and sat down on the kitchen counter. She told us to wait here until Carter comes, she said that Carter is just outside the door. See my Aunt is also a witch but she hasn't used her powers in like forever, but she has this one power where she can sense where someone is. I mean me, Cass and Carter can also do it but she doesn't even have to practise magic and she just knows.

Once Carter walked through the door all eyes landed on her. I can sense that she was confused by this, I would be too. But once she was in the kitchen Malia started too explain about not using magic and that there is werwolves in town. So now I know that me and Carter aren't the only werewolves in school.

When she was done talking I went up to my room and searched for clothes to wear for the first day of school. I found a pair of black skinny jeans, a white shirt and a jeans jacket. I put them on my chair and went into the bathroom.

Once I was done, I went to bed and fell asleep instantly dreaming about the honey brown eyed boy named Stiles.
