An Ibis

In lonely jungle,

there is one recognized by all,

They all recognize the one's call.

A shadow of pink above you,

Defy the laws of science it did that too.

When it lands the flower bloom,

and the jungle does too.

The deer run into the fields,

and the tigers out of the shade.

The sun stays up for longer,

and moon shines even brighter.

It blesses a pond when it walks in one,

It blesses a lake when it battles for a mate.

It's eyes are yellow,

and it's stare as hard as willow.

It's landing is graceful,

and it's wings boastful.

It's reputation honored,

and it's legs make you bestir.

It wears a crown so big and tall,

it's higher then the tallest tree but that's not all.

The name of this bird is an Ibis,

and it's home is bliss.
