After what seemed like forever I finally pulled up and parked my car.

As I walked out I heavily sigh. Another day full of interviews and shit.

I'm going to have a interview for a magazine today. And I hope to finish it sooner.

I walked in the building and hurriedly entered the elevator.

The door was stopped by a man. And the elevator slowly opened.

"Simon" I said surprised
"Adele" he said unfazed

We rode the elevator silently. And of course awkwardly.

I cleared my throat and asked him.

"So what are you doin here?" I asked

"I'm gonna go to Clary to get the papers."

"Oh she works here? What does she do?"

"She's a writer, well she write for magazines" he said timidly

I just nod my head dismissing the  topic.

As soon as the elevator opened. I got out as fast as I can .

I walked straight to the office and notice simon, still behind me.

I finally reached my destination and knocked on the door.

A 30sh woman. With blonde hair, and frail figure opened the door.  And smiled as soon as she see me.

"Adele! Hi!" She said enthusiastically

"Hello" I said entering the room.  And noticed that simon entered too what is he still doing here?

"Adele, sit down for awhile I'll just entertain this man" she said laughing

"You know simon?" I asked her surprised

"Yea-" before Clary can answer simon interrupted her

"This is the Adele I've been talking about" he said looking at me

I stared at him confused. And suddenly it clicked. The phone call. Clary. Ex wife. Adele. Girlfriend. Shit.

Clary looked at us in shock and smiled.

"Well you've got yourself a keeper" she said

"I know. I know" he said taking a hold of my hand.

"After the interview. Why don't we have some dinner after this, I'll call Mark and you can meet him as well?" She asked hopefully

I smiled and squeezed Simon's hand. Giving him a signal to say no.

But then.  Typical him he said yes. He just looked at me and whispered

"It's my turn, baby"
