Nooooo! The lord from the underworld's voice faded away from the last few minutes. I couldn't hear any sound but the harmony of silence. Then, I could hear birds chirping. I smelled the perfume of flowers once I inhaled. My eyes slowly opened just to find myself laying on a white bed inside a room.

A nice room, but the light was dimmed because of the yellowish-orange color of the lamp's light which was standing on a brown smooth table located to my left. I looked at the lamp and beside it was a photograph of me and my family. Mom and dad's smile had never been looked happier while cuddling the four of us. We beamed with glee that reminded me about taking this photo.

We all gathered for a group hug that we mostly embrace happiness, except for Mondrea because she was too small and uncomfortable for big hugs. Rosie didn't mind though. Around the brown picture frame displayed my watch necklace. To my surprise, it was polished and well painted as if someone gave it to me as a birthday gift.

I shook my head as I sat up and took my watch necklace. Crap, someone so special to me must've changed my outfit from a red uniform to my pink pajamas. I was beginning to miss the white shirt, though. I even thought that how come this watch necklace was always attached to me no matter what moves I make or how fast I am. It's still there, around my neck during my adventures. Where am I? I looked around. Yup, definitely not the Flash warrior academy's Recovery room.

I was startled to see Nurse Joy carrying a tray with a glass and a pitcher as she opened the door. She stopped as her eyes widened by surprise. "You're awake," she said under her breathe. Nurse Joy rushed toward the table to put the tray and checked my heartbeat together with my pulse under the side of my jaw. "Thank the heavens you're awake. Your heartbeat and pulses are pumping normally now. Like the color of your pajamas by the way."

"Laundry. Sister's fault."

"That's cute."

"Where am I?"

"You're inside the Sonata clinic."

"That seems a pretty obvious answer. How . . . how did I get here?" I asked.

"The commander of the Flash warriors brought you here three weeks ago because he read your mind that you need more personal space, which is in your home of course," the nurse replied.

"Three weeks? You have got to be kidding!" Despite my reaction, my voice was not loud enough because I felt weak.

"Oh wait, it was not three weeks it's two in a half weeks ago, sorry." She even managed to chuckle. "But they brought you first into their Recovery room. Luckily, these magical nurses made a potion that made your internal systems well enough to function longer. They thought you were dead."

"Really?"

"No, I'm just kidding."

"Oh."

After she was done checking my heart and pulses again, she offered me a glass of water. "Here, you need a drink. A lot," Nurse Joy told me.

"Wait, how did I even manage to wake in a normal state despite-"

"Just drink it."

"Okay." After I drank the refreshing water (Wow, it's been so long), she opened the door about to leave the tray with me. "I'm glad that you're well, Xabe." She gave me a weak smile before closing the door. She didn't even bother to ask about my Flash warrior adventures. The silence controlled my eyes to gaze at the ticking sound of the watch necklace. It was eleven in the morning.
