"He is hurting you! Don't you see it!" My best friend was trying to help me. Yes but I don't need help. He is hurting me but it is not his fault. Not at all he doesn't know that he is hurting me.
"He lied. Don't you see it! I want to help you. But you are just too much in love. Hell do you even know how love works? He has to treat you like a princess and never leave your side. He has to kiss you everyday and if you're acting weirdly he has to find out what the reason is for you to act like it and to make you feel better again. The only thing he is doing is breaking you and lying"

He is breaking you and lying.

What is love?.
"Baby don't hurt me , no more!" Brooklyn was on his phone. Talking to someone "baby I would never hurt you" he kissed my forehead "I promise"

»Do you even hear yourself!« My mind shouted.
»She is in love. So let her love him. He is the right one« My heart said.

"Is he?" I asked scared "Is he fucking lying"
"He is. Please just move on. I don't want you to be with someone like him. He is not good he is bad" I grabbed my phone and looked at the picture of me and Brooklyn laughing . She did take the picture 5 months ago. But that was the last one.
He said that he takes pictures of things he loves, but he never took a picture of me.
Lately he has been so busy with his other friends that he forgot me.

I AM STUPID! HE IS NOT WORTH IT.
I was furious. Really furious.
I grabbed my phone and called Brooklyn.

"What is , love?" Brooklyn asked. He was a bit laughing as If someone told him something stupid what made him laugh. He never thought of me. not even if I was okay.
"Youre hurting me. You promised or not Brooklyn!" I was trying to hold my tears.
"Who said that I was hurting you baby?. What happened" I laughed humorlessly.
"Where have you been lately. You forgot me didn't you? You did" I am not in a room with him but I can see him looking confused and ... Innocent. Innocent my ass.

"Baby? I love you. Why would I forget you?"
"Brooklyn. Which day is today?" He didn't say anything.
He was quite.
"Still there?" Then I heard gigglings.
And some chuckles.
His friends.. I told you! Everyday . He is everyday with them and doesn't even think of me. Why don't he just think and be like 'today is a special day' a really special day.
I first thought he was not going to forget it. Surprise me or even standing right in front of my house waiting with so many flowers in his hand . Smiling bride.

No he is with his friends.
"12th February.?" He more like asked then answered.
"And what is on 12th February" last year he didn't even need to think of it, he woke up and shouted it. He shouted our anniversary.

We are together for 4 years now!
Fucking 4 years!!!

"Today is the movie night?... We have together?" Without even saying a last word I started sobbing.
The first time this year and long ago.

"Brooklyn..." You could hear my broken voice. "Suger? What is the thing you need?"
"Where have you been? Why didn't you visit me? One call a week is good for you? We live right next to each other why don't you just come and stay with me the night like we used to do? Did you find someone else?"

"No. Of course not. I'm just busy with college and I ..."
"You what?" He chuckled "never mind. I love you okay? See you tomorrow?"
I wanted to tell him what today was but he hung up.

He hung up guys...

"What did the asshat say?" My best friend asked. I shook my head and cried. "He hung up. He doesn't even know.
He didn't even think of it."
She hugged me and kissed my forehead "break up with him" she whispered in my ear.
I shook my head "I can't. I just can't."
She sighed.
I stood up to get some chocolate and say down on the couch "can we watch 'the fault in our stars' ?" My best friend smiled and nodded "Lets find you someone new too" I nodded and smiled "this is just so worse. Why can't he just love me as much as I love him?" My best friend grabbed my hand and said "because you have a heart"
I smiled and hugged her tightly.
"What would I do without my best friend."
