Chapter 6: Sky's POV

During the Hunger Games i could definitely tell there was something going on between Mitch and Alyssa and between Jason and Grace.... They really aren't good at being subtle. They're lucky i didn't say anything, because i can never keep my mouth shut. Haha! But if those guys don't make their damn move because they r too nervous...I'm gonna get them to.

Mitch's POV

So me and Jason talked when i came back home.....and we decided we were gonna ask Alyssa and Grace to come out here. Oh God. I better not make an idiot of myself asking. Because i really don't deal well under pressure. Hold on......who's gonna ask! We never discussed this! Does Jason just expect me too! He probably played himself out of this one.... Ohhh, imma go talk to this g right freaking now!

"JASONNNNN! GET THE HELL IN HERE!" I screamed from my room. He came walking in covering his ear.

" Jeeeez dude! Do you gotta make me deaf?!"

"Yea! Yea i do, cuz you just expected me to be the one to ask... Didn't you!"

"DAMMIT! I thought you wouldn't notice and just do it"

"Wowwwwwww g, what do you take me for,and idiot?!"

"You aren't exactly the brightest apple on the tree Mitch, you thought i actually lost my phone when i texted you and asked if you could call my phone to see if i could hear it!" He said tauntingly.

"Well.....yea there really isn't any coming back from that one. Actually, in my defense, you aren't usually one to prank on people!"

"Ik! I just thought i'd be funny to mess with you Benja!" He ruffled my hair around and i just gave him a joking smile.

"So....what are we going to do about this asking thing?" I asked "because when i get nervous i end up saying something really stupid. "

"Well, i guess you are more shy than i am...."

"I really am!" He said, then he looked at me with these pleading eyes. People around here know my weakness all too well, nobody can give me the sad puppy dog eyes and walk away with a no, especially Jerome.

"Well.....ok, fine! Ill call! You happy now?!

"Good luck! He yelled as he walked out of the room."

I went over to my table with my xbox on it and picked up my phone. Oh god.... I was so nervous. I really hope it goes well and they say yes. After a lot of stalling, i finally brought myself to click Alyssa's name in my phone contacts. I started thinking frantically to myself. "Oh god, oh god...its ringing, its ringing, which means its calling, well duh it means its calling Mitch! Oh mann!" Eventually she picked up.
