You've changed

You've been a different person.

You're even more confident than before.

I'm so happy for you

Yet sometimes I think that you already forgot me.

I'm so proud that you've been more confident and happy lately

But I can't help but think that you have new friends and I'm slowly fading away.

I hope you still remember me

Because you will never fade from my memory.

No matter what happens

You will still be in my heart.
