Chapter 2~ Jason and Matt ~

~~Jason’s POV~~

On my way driving home in my 2011 Camaro, I thought of all the events that had happened today with Evelyn. As I walked into the house being the first on there I went straight to the couch to start up a game of COD while waiting on the rest of guys to come. As everyone else walked in and took up the same position as me I saw Matt looking weird and uneasy like something was wrong. He mind linked me privately saying he felt like something was wrong. Just as he said that Brody, one of the guys said he was going to get a couple of beers from the kitchen.

  Not even 2 minutes later he returned with a pack of beer in one hand and was reading a slip of paper in his other hand. We all saw him drop the cans of beer on the ground as he stared at the note in shock. Matt was the first to run and ask what was wrong all Brody did was hand over the mysterious piece of paper with a blank expression on his face. I got up and saw a tear dropping from Matt’s eyes over the letter with a look of regret and pain on his face. 

   I took the note from Matt and read it, by the time I was done with the note I was on my knees crying regretting everything I’ve said and done to my little sister. I can’t believe she’s actually gone and I have no one to blame because I took part in all the tormenting. I know I wasn’t the best brother but I did love her I just didn’t show it because the other pack members would treat me just like they treated her after the death of their Alpha also known as my father.

~~Matt’s POV~~

 I couldn’t believe it I felt as if I was literally dying on the inside right now knowing that my rejection today was the thing that pushed her away from everyone and her life that she’s known for 16 years. 

  I ran up to her room on the 4th floor just to check if she really was gone from my life but deep down I really knew she was and I don’t know how I was going to get her back but I swore that I was no matter what I had to do. I sat there on her bed in her empty lifeless room, thinking what an idiot I was for hurting her like that. Until I fell asleep in her bed surrounded by her scent.
