Chapter 3-Meeting him

" secrets and lies only kill a relationship "

Anna was pacing around her room. She was in the middle of a crisis and not just any crisis a fashion crisis! If only Ella hadn't made her lose so much of her time, she would've had so much of time to think about what to wear, what weapon to take( you can never know when you need one) , about how to present herself for meeting him. But no, Ella just had to be the same old annoying sister like she always is.
It wasn't the first time Anna was in a crisis because of Ella, it had actually happened more than once, like at the time they were kids and their father was roasting sausages. One second he went to take the plates for setting everything up, that greedy Ella tried to eat the sausages and got her hand burned. But their dad never blamed the annoying brat, no he of course blamed Anna who was just sitting there and reading her book. And just like that Anna had to do Ella's chores for a whole two weeks! And now also because of that greedy Ella, she was on the brink of losing her only way out of this stupid house.
Her blood started to boil as she thought about those times. She thought about how much time she had left. She glanced at the wall clock again and realized it was three forty. Only twenty minutes!!
Not wanting to waste anymore time she quickly took a bath and got dressed.

He was listening to cold water-his favourite song- while he kept his eyes on the road and tapped on the steering wheel to the beat of the song. His thoughts wandered of to her. He had seen a lot of her pictures. He had even met her but she just seemed the same to him. She was just like the other girls he had met and did not like her very much. But on the other hand, he had met her sister and she had charmed him very much, no wonder his boss liked the younger one  more , the elder one was very whiny about almost everything!oh what were their names now he thought, one was Bella or perhaps Ella he remembered and the other one( whom he was going to meet) he couldn't remember. He peeked at his wristwatch. Only ten minutes. Now was the time to test the punctuality of the girl because boss always said that punctuality was the key to a well executed plan.

Waiting at the porch of their house Anna was rubbing her arms in hopes of getting a bit of warmth. She regretted wearing a sleeveless mid length dress with only a thin shrug to protect her bare skin from the harsh cold. She glanced on the screen of her phone five minutes huh she thought. She was about to go back to her house and wear something warmer when a black Porsche came, gleaming against the of light of the street lamps.
It stopped exactly in front of Anna just inches away from her feet. The window rolled down to reveal a fairly young man with messy brown hair and blue eyes. Anna could only tell that he was wearing a black jacket and had his right ear pierced  and was wearing a  diamond earring.
He rummaged about his car and took a piece of paper. Bringing his eyes down to the paper he asked "are you Anna Thompson, daughter of Edward Thompson and Lily brown, and sister of Isabella Thompson?" Not answering his question she cross questioned him "Are you a member of the ACE?" Annoyed that the girl wasn't answering his question, he also did not answer her question and put his hood on. After that he stepped out of the Porsche and asked her again, but in a low intimidating voice " I asked you if you are Anna Thompson or not". Anna gulped clearly feeling scared for the first time now.

Click she was sure she heard the door open five minutes ago but she let out slide. But then she heard an obnoxiously loud roar of a car from her window. Ella being as curious as ever peeked outside her window and what she saw there was definitely worth it. Anna was standing in the front porch in a mid length dress and apparently the obnoxiously loud roar was from a black Porsche that stood very close to where Anna was standing. After a minute or so Ella watched as the v door of the car opened to reveal a person possibly a male talking to Anna. Ella couldn't quite make his face out thanks to the stupid hood that covered his face. The man was dressed casually in blue jeans and a black jacket, he looked about Ella's age with a well built body.
Suddenly Ella realized something that made her grown. Anna had a boyfriend and she never told me!! She thought to herself. The frown disappeared and was replaced with a smirk. So this why Anna had that outburst in the kitchen? So that she could send Ella of to sleep while she could get comfy with her boyfriend, she thought coyly. She looked at her digital clock and saw the  time to be four in the morning. One hour till dad wakes up, enough time  for Anna huh?
They seemed to be in a deep conversation and then Anna suddenly grinned and her face lit up as she told him something. He only frowned in confusion as he couldn't understand whatever she has told him. Anna must've realized that as she started blabbering non-stop probably elaborating on the matter in hand.
Soon afterwards they talked and talked and talked endlessly and Ella started to get bored of them and she decided not to pry any further and was about to go back when the young man nodded and Anna waved him good bye as he hopped into his car and drove away.
Anna started to walk back when a sudden frown settled on her face.
Ella heard the door opening again followed by heavy footsteps in the house. She heard the jingling of the keys as they came in contact with something which Ella thought was the key holder onto which all the keys in the house were kept. After that Ella heard a loud yawn and the sound of a door closing.
