Lies, Blue Eyes and Misunderstandings

chapter 2

Asa POV

*movie theatre*

"Aramis, are you really sure that we should be here right now?"

Aramis and i met when we were filming Enders Game together. though he's a pretty good friend, sometimes he takes really big risks. I mean, he brought us to a movie theatre that was playing our movie! no disguise! nothing!

" oh c'mon Asa just wear your glasses and no one will recognize you"he said, annoyed

that didn't comfort me

" alright but if people do recognize us I'm blaming it on you"

ok I admit I was a little scared because of what happened last year. that happened all because of what we are doing right now...

"I'm willing to take that risk" Aramis said with a smile

" here they come, The movies over"

Enders game had just finished and people were flooding out of the theatre. then I saw a girl. she was tall but not taller then me. she had long brown hair and...what color were her eyes? it was too far away too tell.

" hey Aramis we should go get popcorn now don't you think?" I wanted to get closer to her.

"sure, the movies starting in like 5 minutes though so we should hurry up"

ugh he was right

blue. her eyes were blue. just like mine. but they looked slightly red, like she had been crying. should I go over and talk to her? I don't know maybe she will think I'm weird or-crap crap CRAP she's turning to look at me act cool act cool! I'll just smile and turn back to Aramis! wow! I hope I didn't blush...

*looks over shoulder*

" c'mon the movies starting we have to go!"Aramis called

"ASA" he said in a whisper shout "HURRY!"

I took one last glance at her before entering the theatre. I wonder if I'll ever see her again? she was really pretty.

we took our seats in the theatre and the movie started. my eyes were on the screen but my mind was somewhere completely different.

there's just something about her.

shes...different.

*after the movie*

"that was really good" Aramis said to me

" uh yeah..." I honestly had no clue what had happened..

"hey is that Asa Butterfield and Aramis Knight?" a random girl shouted

I shot mixture of an angry and scared look at Aramis.

he barely had enough time to say "crap" before a herd of fan girls came bounding over to us. we started to speedwalk away but then I was pulled backward and trampled by asanators...

*the next day*

Hazels POV

*buzzz buzzz*

ugh who's calling me?

" hi Riley" I said in a tired but cheerful voice

"Well you sound a lot happier then when I talked to you yesterday! whats up?"

"oh nothing..." I giggled

this may sound kinda mean but i loved to tease her with secrets. she was one of those people who just had to know EVERYTHING!!!

"what's his name?" Riley just knew that there was a boy. I think she might be psychic...

" um...I...don't...know"

there I realized how little i knew about this mysterious guy...

" well do you recognize him?"

I was about to say no but something stopped me. there was something familiar about his face I just couldn't put my finger on it...

"hey Riley I think I'll call you back, bye"

it's weird but I recognize his face I feel like I have seen it a million times. I just can't put a name to it....all I knew was that I needed to see him again.

*later in the day*

whoops I probably should call Riley back...

*buzzz buzz buzzz*

why isn't she answering?I'll try again...

*buzz buzz*

still? I know that it might seem like I'm skipping to conclusions but something tells me something is really wrong. one more try...

*buzz buzz*

"hello?" Riley didn't sound like herself

"oh thank god you answered for a second there I was scared that maybe something terrible had happened to you" I was relived until what I heard what she said next...
