Sometimes Crowley woke up alone, sometimes Bobby woke alone. Work like theirs, it was never really set in stone. Mornings which neither were forced awake at ungodly hours, Bobby would usually wake first. He'd untangle himself from Crowley and go off to the bathroom. Then, he'd come back and pull Crowley into his arms. They stay that way until his demon woke, and a bit after, too.
