It was Bobby's birthday, which didn't actually matter much. Nothing would happen, and the hunter didn't really care anyways. Crowley knew, though, and even though he didn't say anything, he was just a little bit more affectionate that day. And as much as Bobby hated his birthday, he really didn't mind the attention.
