I can still remember the night they arrived. It was dark, darker then usual. I had just finished my work and was on my way to redeem my pay. My parents and my sister followed behind. My brother had a fever, so he had to stay at the house with Madeline, the youngest in our family. We arrived at Town Square, and went to our lines. Nicole and I in the first line, my parents in the third. All of a sudden I heard a scream. I looked around and saw that masked soldiers surrounded the Square. These soldiers were not the good kind. They were not the ones who saved the Village from the reapers, these soldiers were the reapers. My parents ran to Nicole and I, but by then the reapers had already raised their guns and started shooting. The next thing I remember is waking up to the bright light cast by the Bay.

I look beside me and see the shape of what seems to be Nicole. The light has hurt my vision so I can't be sure. As I look around I see symbols all around the walls. I can't be sure but it looks like the symbol of Tsy. It's the same one thats on the bay tower, and that Governor Bray wears. My vision starts to come back more clearly, and I can see that I am in a blue room. Everything is blue, the cots, the walls, the floors, the door. The only not blue thing I can see it the top of the Bay tower through the skylight. I look at it for a second and then my head starts to hurt. I look away thinking it's the light, but it does not stop. Maybe I hit my head when the reapers were attacking? How did I end up here, in a blue room covered with symbols of Tsy?

"Where are we?" Asks a familiar voice. I look to the right and see it's Nicole. She's rubbing her head as though it hurts too. I try to respond, but my voice doesn't work. I shrug. "Does your head hurt too?" She inquires. To this I just nod my head. She falls back and lets out a big sigh. She had that look in her eye that meant she wasn't here anymore. She had gone, and would not be back for a while. I sat there, all alone, so I decided to examine the room some more. The symbol of Tsy was in a dark blue shade that contrasted against the sky blue walls of the room. I had never understood why sky blue was named the way it was because whenever I look at the sky it looks grey. The baby blue cots were covered with thin navy blankets, that were draped with holes. I then look at the door. It was blue, with a blue handle. The door had three blue lock on it, but no blue key in sight. I look around some more for the blue key until I decide there is none. I was trapped.
