"Where are you taking me?" I question Jon. He has been leading me down a long, colorless hallway for about an hour now. The walls have begun to thin, making one narrow path. Nicole is still back in the room, and I refuse to leave without her. Jon still has not said a word. He leads me down the pathway, until it gets so thin I don't think I will fit. Just as I am about to turn around, Jon opens the door. I am outside. The Bay tower lights up the streets. We walk down a lively one filled with people, stores, and animals. As I walk by, I see the symbol of Tsy in all the stores. Jon continues to walk, until we reach the entrance of the Bay. I had never been inside. My mother had always described to me what it was like, but me and Nicole knew she had never been there. Nicole. She was still in the room. Jon grabs me by my sleeve before I can say anything. He drags me through the doors of the Bay.

Have you ever read a story, and heard about a castle. It would be wondrous, with tall pillars, golden archways, and glorious people. Well, that is pretty much the opposite of the bay. It was dim lights, grey walls with what looked like a tint of blue. Everything had a tint of blue, even Jon. The people were drab, wearing suits and dark dresses, stamping papers. And the lines. They were exactly like the lines back in the village. They say you never want to meet your heroes, and now I see what they mean. Before I can do anything else, Jon has my sleeve again and is pulling me down a staircase.

"Come with me Natalie," Jon says, "I am going to help you get home."
