Chapter 3: found?

Robin's POV

"How did you get caught?" I ask Superboy out of curiosity.

"I was walking through the park trying to find anyone that needed help, then suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my arm. You?" He answers and asks.

"While father and Superman were searching for you I decided to go outside to get some fresh air and search for you. As I looked in an alley way I also felt a sharp pain in my arm before I blacked out" I answer.

"How are we going to get out of here? What if our dads don't find us..." Superboy panics.

"I have a plan..." i say motioning for him to get closer so I could expain.

Superman's POV

I wait ages (well it seemed that way) until Batman knocked me out of my daydreams.

"Superman?" I hear him question.

"Yeah!" I reply as he snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Could you at least try and do something instead of standing there looking like a complete idiot!" He says raising his voice.

He turns around making me look and seem like what he said I was... An idiot.

Robin's POV

I finish explaining my plan and we wait until someone entered the room.

After ten minutes someone finally entered and as i instructed, Superboy began to create a distraction. Once I noticed the guard had all of his attention aimed at Superboy I slipped out the door and made my way, as quietly as I could, towards the exit.

When I eventually felt the cool air hit my face I took out my phone and began to call Father on the Bat phone. I called once to receive no answer then I heard rushing around from the building I was once in. As I saw figures forming in the distance of the hallway I decided to run and think of another way to contact father even if it meant Jon was still in that place.

In no time I found myself on top of the building where Commissioner Gordon would usually shine the Bat Signal into the sky.

I switched the signal on and wrote a note in case the timing wasn't great.

Batman's POV

As I was searching for a location Alfred called down and mentioned that the Bat symbol was shining into the nearly night sky.

I told Superman to carry on searching while I'll find out what is happening on the streets of Gotham.

I arrive to the building where Commissioner Gordon would normally meet me, but no one was here. I was about to leave when a piece of paper caught the wind and flew straight into my face.

I read the piece of paper that said:

Father,

Look down for--

It finished mid sentence. I looked down, just as the note said and saw a group of men surrounding a boy.

I decided to head in the same direction. Then suddenly I heard a scream, which made me spend up my actions.

"HEY!" I yelled. This made the group split up running away leaving one to drop to the floor.

As fast as I could, I ran towards the fallen figure, only to notice who it was... Robin!

"Robin" I say helping him to stand up. He grabbed onto my costume when I noticed his face was wincing in pain.

"What happened? Where's Superboy?" I ask.

"He's this way..." He replied breathing heavily.

He led me to the location where he last saw Jon.
