(9 months later)
Finns pov:
It's been 9 months since I began rehab and I'm finally sober again. Today is Layla's 16th birthday and I decided to surprise her and Rachel. I want to be a part of their life , more importantly I want to be a part of Layla's life. I marrived at Rachel's apartment to hear streamers and people talking and dancing. I knocked on the door nervously. I told Kurt I be coming but I don't know if he told Rachel. The door opened and it was Kurt.
"Thank god you're here!" He said happily and gave me a hug.
"Hey bro." I said.
"Is that really all I get? Come on in." He said and I walked into the party.
"Wow this a lot of people." I said.
"Yeah well we know a lot of people plus Layla has a lot of people who love her." He told me.
"Speaking of which where's Rachel and Layla?" I asked him.
"Oh there's Rachel and Layla's probably with her friends. Rachel!" Kurt yelled.
Rachel looked over and her smiled faded away once she saw me.
"Finn?" She said confused.
"Dad?" Layla said surprised.
