GROWING UP

Change is good sometimes

"Howmany times should I tell you that your dense and idiotic " I sigh while listening to my mother she was currently standing in front of me gesturing towards the plate "all you do is sit around watching worthless TV you can never do anything right can you ?" I mentally scowl because what ever I do it can never be enough for her no matter what I try to please her she always ends up hurting me in the end because she's always like that she never once cares if I cry instead she would say cry me a river she's the only reason I'm this way cold,bitter and distant .
The next day at school went by as usual then at the cafeteria I see someone approaching my table zoè nudges my arm and says " well well looks like captain hunk is heading your way " I cruelly role my eyes for that one I know he's new and stuff but why would he want to come to me I'm sure Sophie and her minions would be glad to worship him he sets his tray and smiles at me " hey feride mind if I join you ?" Hell yeah ! But I managed to say yes so here we are sitting while silently eating then he had the audacity to ask "why are you always queit?" I was taken back a little but composed myself " what do you mean? He continued " yeah iv noticed your always queit you never like being involved with the crowd is something bothering you ?" I internally sighed no one knows about my life other than zoè so it was good to see that someone sees through my pain while trying to pull me out of my trance he said this words that changed me forever "change is good sometimes  feride"
