The Attack

It was early the next morning when Rathid decided to turn on the radio, since there tv was broken. Breaking News! The reporter announced, the royal palace is on fire! Can anybody help?  Aqua! Aqua! Wake up this is urgent Rathid yells! What it’s 7 a.m. wait till 10 a.m. No! The royal palace is on fire, we need to help them. Now, why would I help the people that tried to kill me, 5 times said Aqua? Well we might get paid, and it’s the right thing to do said Rathid. Ugh fine go wake up the others I’ll get ready. About 10 minutes later all of them went into town and towards the palace. I’m sorry everyone but no one can enter the palace right now said one of the police officers. Listen bub, I’m the prince and I say let us through said Rathid. Fine. So they went to the front gate of the castle where they see Queen Magenta standing on the side. Ah ha, I knew that if this place was on fire you all would come said Magenta. Is this some kind of trap said Alex? Of course my dear, but instead of fighting me shouldn’t you be looking for your friends said Magenta? Wait, what? Oh yes didn’t I mention this is my doing. I set it on fire with Garnet and Jeremy inside. You’re a monster said Aqua! Oh I know. Just like that Magenta was gone.

            We have to save them Rathid said Aqua! No, I just can’t save Jeremy, and I wont. Rathid if you won’t we will. Inside the palace Garnet and Jeremy were trying to make it to the front door. “Coughing noises” Garnet go on said Jeremy. No I won’t leave you. You know I never wanted to help magenta said Jeremy. I know neither did I said Garnet. Ah! A huge flame appears in front of Garnet. Duck! Jeremy pushes Garnet to the other side of the room, when all of a sudden half of the castle falls! Run Jeremy yells! So Jeremy and Garnet are running through the palace trying do dodge smoke, and debris falling. Until they stop at the very end of the palace the side where the front door was. We have to jump said Jeremy! Now how do you suppose we do that says Garnet? We jump and try to land in the pond. Okay, 1 ,2 ,3 jump! Jeremy and Garnet jump off a three story building into a small pond below. Bomb! They both hit the water. Aqua go get them and pull them out they are not coming up yells Rathid! So Aqua and Rathid and the others quickly scramble to get the two of them out. Let’s get them back to the cabin says Rathid. Okay. So they take the two of them back to the cabin and lay them on some beds. What happens if they wake up and attack us asks Alex? I don’t know, Oh wait Peggy can you restrain them from using there powers? Yes I believe I can. Peggy is able to put magic restraints on both of there hands and tie it down to the bed. Well we’re off to bed says all the girls. Okay goodnight. Are you going to stay up all night asks Alex? Maybe, if I can stay awake says Rathid? Rathid please go to bed you’ll need your strength said Aqua. Fine, I will be there in a second. A couple hours later when everyone is asleep Garnet wakes up. Uh why can’t I move? Garnet why can’t I move said Jeremy? I don’t know I can’t move either said Garnet. Garnet remembers she has super strength so she pulls out of the cuffs and helps Jeremy out as well. So where are we asks Jeremy? I think we are in a cabin, but I’m not sure? Wait, did you hear that asks Jeremy? No, what was it? I here’d someone, I thought. I’ll check it out says Garnet. Garnet starts slowly walking towards the bedrooms, until she steps onto a pressure plate. A rope grabs her by the ankle and pulls her up into the air, while she is hanging by her ankle. Ah! What? Haha wow this is really sad and really funny that you didn’t see it says Jeremy! Just get me down. While Jeremy is helping to get Garnet down Rathid comes out from behind him. There you go good as new, now that you can stand on two feet instead of your head. Thanks. Um Jeremy, duck! Garnet fires a fire arrow at Rathid, he dodges it. Wait, they could help us said Jeremy. Go, see if they’re anymore people here. There are five girls in the other room said Garnet. AH! Jeremy! Rathid had stabbed his switch blade into Jeremy’s stomach.

            Aqua runs out to see what had happened. Rathid why would you do that? Like I said I never liked him said Rathid. That’s no excuse to kill him! Rathid looks back down at Jeremy and Garnet trying to help him. When Garnet looks up and gives him a nasty look. How dare you almost kill him, you selfish, worthless, piece of dirt under my feet says Garnet! I’ll do the same to you if you push me enough yells Rathid. Besides you hate us so what’s the point, you almost kill Aqua! You also destroy half the town to! Why should we trust you! Tell me that says Rathid. You know what I’ll take care of this my self says Garnet, As she takes Jeremy outside. Rathid why would you say that stuff to her asks Aqua? It needed to be said. Jeremy please speak to me Garnet says (while crying). Please Jeremy I love you. I love you to Jeremy says softly. Peggy! Peggy! Peggy runs out to see why Garnet was calling her, Rathid also goes out with her. Peggy please can you save him, he has a heart beat says Garnet. I’ll try my best not garneting anything. No Peggy let them handle this on there own says Rathid. No Rathid, I’m going to help them. I don’t have anything against them says Peggy. Ugh fine says Rathid stomping back into the house. Aqua comes out, is there anything I can do to help? Not right now just take Garnet back inside and give her some water. She sounds like she has a lot of smoke in her lungs and some water with the minerals from the UpperValley may help. Got it, come on Garnet. I don’t want to leave him says Garnet. It will be okay I promise says Aqua.

            About a hour or so later Jeremy walks back into the house (with the help of Peggy). Jeremy are you ok asks Garnet? I’m fine just a little shaken up said Jeremy. He will need rest to recover, as will you said Peggy. Now Rathid you have to apologize to Jeremy, you almost killed him. I’m not apologizing for something that he started. I really hate that kid said Garnet. Ugh brothers am I right said Peggy? Well I don’t have brothers, but I have three sisters, now that’s torture said Garnet. Ouch. Okay so I think you too should head back to your whittle mommy and we will act like adults and be on our way said Rathid. Are you trying to make me kill you asks Garnet? No I’m just saying I don’t like either of you so let’s go our separate ways, got it? Garnet clenches her fist and her fist is on fire. Wooh Garnet chill out, Aqua take her out side said Rathid. No, she’ll hurt me said Aqua. Aqua I said take her outside this could get ugly demands Rathid. If you wouldn’t take her outside then cool her off, this will get ugly if she loses her temper. Fine. Aqua puts her hand on Garnet back to cool her off but Garnet takes Aqua’s hand and throws her across the room. Ouch! Sorry habit. Now see, this is why I don’t want you along says Rathid. You throw my girlfriend across the room because she touched you, and you want to kill me. Now is that very nice? What’s not nice is you stabbing my boyfriend! Wooh wait your dating Aqua and Garnet your dating Jeremy says Alex? Im so confused. You’re always confused said Aqua. Ya pretty much said Alex. Anyways just go back to the palace and get on your way, we don’t want you too here says Rathid. No you don’t want us here, they do says Garnet. Let’s take a vote how many for Jeremy and I staying? Lets see that’s Lauren, Karen, Aqua, Peggy and Alex, and how many for not letting us stay? One hand and it’s yours Rathid, it’s unanimous we stay. Fine but I’m not happy about it. Neither am I, remember never walk into the woods with only me bad things will happened says Garnet. Garnet that’s not nice, it’s like the one time when our class went on that field trip to the old cabin; you pushed me down a well twice says Aqua! Yep and it was funny. Okay lets just stop arguing and figure out how to destroy Magenta. Fine. Ah! Garnet , Jeremy are you too okay? My head hurts, same for me. Let me take a look says Peggy. They have a impulse chip in there ears, it sends pluses when I guess they aren’t near Magenta or doing what she wants. So she is sending a impulse right now to them asked Alex? Yes I’ll try to get it out says Peggy. Peggy is able to pull them both out, with help from Alex. There that should do it. My ear hurts now said Garnet. It should feel better soon.

            Well guys I guess since you too are staying we need to think of a plan to take down Magenta said Rathid. Well it’s not going to be easy she has gotten a lot stronger since the last time you guys saw her said Jeremy. She know can control lightning and ice. No that’s my power said Alex.
