Practice Makes Perfect

            “We need to think of a plan” Rathid said. “Well… anyone got anything?” said Alex. “If we are going to take down my mother we are going to need to train very hard and very fast Rathid said. Garnet you can practice your fire in the back, but remember my mother has had fire much longer. Jeremy you may practice along with Garnet. Aqua there is a lake about a mile South from here. It will be a good place for you to practice your ice. Alex your lighting is very strong already, but you will also need some more training. Practice about a mile or two to the West, there is stone hedges there. Lauren practice your wind out back and make sure not to destroy the house. Karen a couple miles East you will find a plane field, you can practice your earth there. I’ll practice up North and we will meet here everyday at 6:00pm.” Rathid said. “Here is a map so we know where each other are, make sure to take one.” Aqua said. A couple months later, after everyone had been training non-stop it was time to get together and discuss a plan. “Aqua I here’d you have invisibility and Garnet has strength and Alex you have speed. These are incredible gifts that only certain people have. Magenta will try to take them away from you, or kill you.” Rathid said. “She’ll kill us!” Alex exclaimed. “Sadly yes all she thinks about is her self and does not care for anyone.” Rathid said. “We have all become masters at what we do, she should not be able to stop us” Aqua said.

            “What did you say? I can’t stop you all now!” Magenta said. She had come out of no where and now she faced the gang. “I think I would like to put that to the test.” Magenta said. “We can take you Magenta, we ain’t scared of you!” Garnet said stepping in front of Magenta. “Boom” Magenta shoved a ice blade into Garnet’s stomach. “Owe.” Garnet said falling over. “Oh no, our best defense is down, common guys we can take her!” Alex said. Magenta just looked at Alex and wrapped her in vines. She fired fire at Aqua, Peggy she locked in a cage, and Rathid she put in him a box made out of earth. Lauren and Karen she used their powers against them. And she broke a board over Jeremy’s head to knock him out. “This was too easy, you all would be dead or close to death now. Have fun.” Magenta said. “We ain’t down here lady.” Garnet said melting the ice that was in her. “You hurt my friends now I won’t stop until you are dead.” Garnet said. “Try your best shoot.” Magenta said seeming cocky. Garnet fired a ton of fire and Magenta was swept off her feet and knocked against the back wall. “You have been getting on my last nerves ever since we got here. Now leave before I tear you to piece!” Garnet said lifting a table above her head. “Wooh girl, calm down I’ll leave. Well not until you beat me. You seem to have proven your self worthy on land but how about on water?” Magenta said. Her and Garnet walked out onto the river where Magenta turned into a mermaid. Garnet also did too. Magenta could not believe she had become a mermaid. Magenta froze Granit half way so she could not use her arms or tale. “Now you’re all alone no friends to help, no one ever will help you again!” Magenta said. “I wouldn’t get to cocky Magenta!” Rathid said and standing behind him was Aqua, Jeremy, Alex, Peggy, Lauren and Karen. They all had their powers ready. “Now I say we let you leave and we will all fight when your ready.” Rathid said. “Deal.” And just like that Magenta was gone. Aqua unfroze Garnet. “Thank you all so much for coming back, I owe you all big time.” Garnet said. “Hey we are a team and we always will be, no matter how much I want to kill you.” Aqua said smiling.

            It was night fall and everyone was asleep. Rathid and Peggy held hands and said “Please go back to your home, we will call when we need you again.” And just like that all three girls were gone. Garnet woke up in her own room which was painted red, had a couch and tv in it, Minnie fridge, posters of rock bands, samurai swords on the walls, and clothes everywhere. She woke up and realized where she was, she was home. And it was almost time for school. Alex woke up in her own room also, her room has, blue walls, a bed, dresser, and tv, video games everywhere, posters of Halo and Call of Duty, and pop cans everywhere. She woke up to the sound of her mother yelling “Wake up or you will be late”. She realized she was home. Aqua woke up to the smell of hot chocolate and roses. She was home to. Her room was a big room, with a stain glass window, a mater bed, dresser, walk in closet, posters of guys, make up on the floor, fashion ,magazines in stacks, and her cat meowing on her bed. She was home also and wondering the same thing the others were. “Was it just a dream, or reality?”

            At school all three girls went back to their normal lives. They all thought it was a dream, and even if it wasn’t they didn’t want to talk with each other thinking they could sound nuts. “Hey baby, how’s it going?” A guy named Cruze asked Aqua. Cruze was a real jerk, hit on chicks and broke there hearts. “Cruze I don’t like you now leave me alone.” Aqua said. “Now I don’t think I can do that now. The fun has just started.” Cruze leaned over and kissed Aqua on the cheek. “Hey! Garnet yelled. Leave her alone.” “Or what you’ll kick my butt, hit me with your motorcycle? I’m not scared of a little girl.” Cruze remarked. “Really well that’s good, but I’m not a little girl.” Garnet punched Cruze right in the nose. She hit him so hard she broke his nose. “You broke my nose you..” Garnet kicked him in the balls before he could even get out the last word. “You’re welcome.” Garnet said walking away. “Thank you!” Aqua said happily.

            It was after school and Garnet and one of her friends were talking when Alex ran up to her. She was out of breath and panting. “Gar…Gar.. Garnet, Aqua and I need you to come quick.” Alex said. “I’m kinda busy is it important?” “yes!” Alex said grabbing Garnets arm and pulling her behind her. “Ok, ok what?” “Well we both got a message to come back to Haggithar and they asked we get you!” Alex said. “Listen last time I was there, I was evil and almost killed you guys. I’m not going to let that happen again.” Garnet said. “But we need you and if you don’t come, I’ll paint your bike pink!” Aqua said smiling. “You wouldn’t.” “You know I would.” “Fine but I’m not happy about it.” Garnet said. The girls were able to open the portal by touching there fingers tips together, and putting there necklaces they were given in a triangle. The Mystical Triangle appeared. The girls went through and were right in the cabin they had been when they left. But there was no sign of Rathid, Peggy, Karen, Lauren, or Jeremy anywhere. “Rathid, Rathid are you here?” Aqua called. “You are way to desperate.” Alex said. “As if.” “As if my butt, you like him and it easily shows. I won’t tell him.” Alex said smiling. “ I will.” Garnet said bluntly. “Garnet why?” Alex asked. “Because if he likes her then everything will be fine.” “And if not?” “Well you will be very embarrassed.” Garnet said with a smirk. “That’s encouraging.” Aqua said.

            The girls walked out of the house to see that the forest they were in was burned down and was all ash and debris. “Wow what happened here!” Aqua asked. “Wouldn’t you like to know!” A voice from behind the girls said. “Hello?” Alex said. “Hello, remember me girls?” Magenta said. “Well duh, you did try to kill us more than once.” Garnet said. “Yes, yes I did. But your friends are no where around here. For all as I know they are dead. Except Jeremy and Rathid of curse.” Magenta said. “Where is Rathid!” Aqua demanded. “Cough, cough, and Jeremy.” Garnet said. “They are working for me, to keep the other girls alive they sacrificed themselves for you all. They work for me now, and I didn’t even have to brain wash them! It’s a win, win situation!” Magenta said. “wow you are a witch aren’t you?” Garnet asked. “A which I beg your pardon because I could easily throw you in my dungeon to rot and be wasted away.” Magenta said. “Take your best shot Magenta.” Garnet said provoking her. Magenta looked at her and put her hand on her neck and lifted her off her feet. “Don’t toil with me girl, I could kill you as easy as 1 2 3.” Magenta said. “You could, but you want me alive to help you defeat these guys. But I will never turn that path.” Garnet said not even flinching that Magenta was chocking her. “Ugh, you disgust me, I’ll be here when you turn Garnet.” Magenta said and was gone. The girls walked over to the cabin and sat out front. “I have a plan, but it’s risky.” Garnet said. “Let’s here it.” The other girls said. “Well if I was to pretend to be bad then I could get inside the castle and find the boys.” Garnet said. “It’s too dangerous Garnet we could loose you too.” Aqua said. “I’m going to do it it’s the only way to get the guys we love back, and Alex’s friends. “Fine. But be carful.” Alex said.
