Luna's Moonlight

Chapter 1

I ended up in the prison again in the depths of the castle. It was cold, wet, dark, silent and lonely. I ended up here again for something I didn't do. I supposedly stole the prized jewel of the Kingdom of Fareswell. The citizens of the kingdom called me mad... No! I am not mad I prefer the word highly confused- Yes that's it! The isolation was killing me I was going insane if I didn't get out soon I would be actually mad! I am here for the next two years of my life. My whole family has died the only one that remains is my younger brother who now roams the streets begging for food or drink.

I looked into the puddle next to me and saw the reflection of a young girl but the young girl is gone and looks a lot older. I saw my very pale skin with my freckles on my cheeks. My dirty blond hair in tons of knots. My deep blue eyes restored. My whole body has changed. I looked at my hands they were chained up along with my feet hand huge steel balls on them. I couldn't move or I would be hurting.

My name is not what it was before my new name is 72 I don't even remember my birth name. It's been so long since I have used it. I looked ahead of me and there stood a young prince walking through the kingdom he looked like he had business to take care of. He looked at me and pointed at me. He looked at me with gentle deep blue eyes.

The guards took off the chains and steel balls and he hugged me. I didn't trust him at all I stood there frozen cause my body has been in a certain way for so long. I heard him whisper "I know who you are I will get you back to your world" I saw him look at me and take my hand. He started to walk away but I just stood there I was forced into not talking. He took my hand and said "Please walk" I tried to walk but I screamed out in pain, I have been in these chains and steel balls for too long.

He looked at me with worry and concern in his deep blue eyes. I stumbled and fell onto the cold hard floor. He then picked me back up and carried me out. I looked like a ragged doll with my completely tangled hair and torn up dress. I had beautiful features but I don't look so good at this time. He put me gently in the carriage and told the driver "Go to the Faresnwell Woods". We sped off nobody chasing us. I sat back in the comfortable chair and fell asleep in the man's arms.

The next morning I woke up happy I was free but I saw the man and jumped.

"Who are you? What have you done to me? Why am I here? I am supposed to be in the castle dungeon." I said scared and in a tone to where it seemed like I would hurt him

"Shhhhhhhh shhhhhhh it's okay you are safe now. I am Lewis Gardin. I am taking you to your correct world it is needed. You are someone you read in legends as a "child" We need you Grace Davids." Lewis whispers comforting, I gasp when I hear my name

He tells the driver we have to get there before she shifts and she cannot shift in this world or else she will be killed. We sped off into the rising sun. My white dress still torn up and the cold breeze made me feel extremely cold. We got to the woods and Lewis carried me out.

"I will explain your whole life story when we get across the portal." Lewis explains

I nod in response I was still not used to talking and I still mouthed words so I knew how to speak. I was set down in the woods. He looked at me and ordered me----

"Stand!" Lewis orders

I stood and silently screamed.

"Walk to me now!" Lewis orders again

I start to take a step I squeal in agony I hear the breathing of the ground as my feet touched it. The birds singing their song. I thought of a song that I heard when I was a kid "What doesn't kill you" I thought "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger stand a little taller" I finally muttered "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger". Lewis heard my voice and he demanded me to keep speaking.

"I said what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!" I screamed and started walking to him

"Good girl! Your voice is so beautiful it makes me shiver!" Lewis said holding you his arms like if I get to him he will hug me

I get to him and fall on him, he catches me and helps me walk to the middle of the woods. I stood there in awe wanting to take it all in before I took a chance to leave. I look at Lewis and he starts to growl and prowl around. He looks around.

"Grace we need to leave now!" Lewis growls

"Why?" I ask

"Just trust me!" Lewis growls picking me up and running off

I didn't scream I just clung to him. He got to a different part of the woods. I looked at him as he set me down he is very tall and muscular, I was amazed. We were deeper into the forest. I heard rustling and finally a man with a silver bullet loaded gun. I growled but I held the growl down the best I could.

"Lewis where is the Moonlight Luna?" The man demanded

"I am taking her back to her world before she shifts and causes mayhem in this world!" Lewis response defensively 

"Just because your an Alpha doesn't mean a single thing!" The man said angrily pointing the gun at me

"Do not point that at Moonlight Luna! Lester let me finish my business in this world so I can take her home! As soon as I get through the portal it will shut completely!" Lewis says howling

"I am Moonlight Luna?!" I cry and I feel my body doing weird unusual things

"No don't shift! You will cause mayhem!" Lewis says picking me up and sprinting at werewolf speed to the portal he went all the way through and it shut completely

All I saw was white I didn't know who I was. We get to the other side and I see people I am shocked. People were shifting into werewolves all over but few normal people. I was taken by the hand by Lewis as he walked me to his apartment. Along the way, a friend of his appeared-

"Hello Lewis! How was the trip? Who is this beautiful lady?" The friend said and asked

"Hello Julis! The trip was interesting! I will tell you later at the party for this lady tonight I will tell you something that she doesn't know what I want." Lewis whispered

Lewis walked me into his apartment and sat me down at his vanity-

"You should clean yourself up after I brush out your hair." Lewis suggested

"You're right." I said as he brushed out my hair

I took my shower and I was clean again. I looked beautiful again. I got on a royal blue puffy short dress. I looked like I did before the incidents. I looked at him and he smiled gently.

Julis knocks on the door.
