Luna's Moonlight

Chapter 2

Lewis opens the door and finds Julis there. Julis stood there shocked when he looked at me. I got nervous and I fell. Lewis caught me just before I fell. Lewis walks me to the couch and sets me down.

"Stay here for the time being." Lewis says gently holding my hand and gives it a little squeeze and leaves the apartment

I lay there alone. He locks the door just in case. I felt isolated and alone I felt like I was going mad. I laid there my eyes going darker I needed him. I felt as though I was in the prison. I got up and walked to the cabinet for something and I saw the medicine to cure the people that feel like they are....mad? Mentally people say I am well mad but I prefer the logic highly confused or knowingly dark..-ah yes that's it!

I took the medicine it tasted like berries I instantly felt better. I didn't want to get addicted so I laid back down. I heard a key go into the door and then Lewis came in. I jumped up from the couch and ran to hug him. He hugged me back and sat me down on the couch.

I left to go with Julis to talk about Grace but with locking the door. I am nervous and upset to leave her by herself. The full moon ball is tomorrow and I haven't told her. So I sit down on the bench with Julis.

"So Grace is the Moonlight Luna of the pack Moonlight which is my pack. I am Alpha of course. Grace does not know a single thing about herself. I know this sounds weird but I think she is my mate and I cannot help but care and love her..." I admit

"So even if you are Moonlights Alpha you still love Grace. I know you don't have a mate yet but if you don't get Grace soon the whole pack will turn against you. You need to tell her tonight everything or else bad things will come." Julis says cautiously

I nod in agreement and thank him. I leave and I open the door and see Grace running to me and hugging me. I hug her back trying not to cry.

I keep hugging him with everything I got. I feel safe, protected, loved, cared for and I feel like he is the one for me. I try not to cry. I feel sparks flying and growing bigger and bigger. He sits me down on the couch and sits next to me.

"Grace I need to tell you some things." Lewis said worriedly

"What is it Lewis?" I asked inside it felt so normal to say his name

"You are a werewolf this is werewolf world. This is the only place that werewolves are safe in. I am the Alpha of the pack called Moonlight. In this world you are very important if you have read the legend of The MoonLight Luna you would know. Now, tomorrow is the full moon ball. I want to be there to protect you if anything happens so please may I be your partner to the ball." Lewis explains and asks

"Oh wow this is new. I would love to be your partner! Now how do werewolf couples work?" I ask nervously

"Oh, that, well when a male or female werewolf finds their partner or we call it mate we tend to be different to that person. I however have found my mate I don't know if she knows it yet. I love her and care for her. Anyways whenever you find your mate you feel safer, protected, loved, cared for, and you feel sparks growing bigger and bigger." Lewis explains nervously and taking my soft small hand in his huge firm hand

"That explains a lot thanks Lewis." I confirmed appreciatively giving his hand a gentle squeeze

I stood up and I walked to the kitchen and started making pizza. I added alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce and I added chicken. I finished cooking it and fed Lewis. He looked at me with something flickering in his eyes. He looks handsome. He has brown hair, deep gentle blue eyes, tan, bright white smile, cute nose, had a sides shaved leaving the top thick (his hair is so complicated to explain). I smiled gently and finished eating.

I went to go brush my teeth and get my pajamas on. I got them on and slipped into bed and fell asleep.

My mind wavered.....

It crashed.....

I started to shake, toss and turn.....

I started to sweat.....

A dream appeared...

I stood in an alley with Lewis. A wolf with a moon scar on his forehead appeared in front of us. He growled his beading red eyes and black fur. Lewis spoke

"Leave my mate alone!" Lewis demands

"Oh really I deserve her not you I have kept it in for so long" The black wolf said

"Do not make me fight you Julis!" Lewis says changing form

"This will be too easy! Just cause your Alpha doesn't mean you're gonna win!" Julis says confidently

They circled each other. Julis was the first to attack. Lewis yelped but didn't bleed. He only grew stronger and his skin grew tougher. I watched the battle Lewis didn't fight back. Julis just made him stronger until.....Lewis bites Julis and throws him against a building wall. Julis was barely keeping form . Lewis walks over angrily. I screamed no! Lewis ignored me and bit right into Julis's neck I fell my heart didn't hurt but I felt horrible. Julis shifted back into his human form.

I stood next to Lewis and he washed out his mouth. He then turned me to face him.

"Didn't I say that I love you." Lewis states

"I love you too thank you." I say

He pulls me closer to him he rests his hands firmly on my small waist. He starts to kiss me and I kissed him back. I didn't stop kissing him and he didn't either. Sparks flew all over the place. After a while we started walking again.

I woke up....

Sweating.....

Scared.........

Lewis sitting next to me with a concerned look on his face.......

He gave me a kiss on my forehead and cradled me in his arms.......

"Are you okay Grace? What happened?" Lewis said concerning and cradling me in his arms

"My dream scared me. No I am not okay." I admitted

"Wanna talk about it?" Lewis asked

I explained the dream exactly how I saw it. I was nervous and he nodded throughout. I looked at him and he had the gentle eyes-again. He started to nibble on my ear I moved a little but to his actions. I growled happily softly.

"I understand your dream Grace" Lewis says still nibbling on my ear

"I'm glad." I said blushing

"I am glad your happy about it," Lewis said with a smile

He laid me back down and laid right behind me. He was a giant compared to me. I felt his hand wrap around my waist and we fell asleep.
