Shawn was transported to the ER and myself and the boys went with him. Louis went home too so my mom and Gemma stayed home to prepare us food and everything we needed.

After about an hour or so of waiting a nurse came to the waiting room where we were sat.

"For Shawn Daniels?"

"Yes? How is he?"

"We are preparing him for surgery, the wound got infected pretty bad and we have tot take the bullet out as soon as possible."

"Can I see him?" I asked shaking.

"Yes but please make it quick. Follow me." I went after the nurse to a small room in which Shawn was layed, loads of people around him. "Give them a moment please." The nurse said.

"Shawn?" I whispered slowly.

"Hazza, come here." He said tiredly.

"How you doing big boy?" I asked him gently, stroking his forehead.

"Never been better." He laughed coughing.

"Take it easy ok?" I said stroking his forehead.

"Harry.. if there are going to be any complications, would you take my tags and wear them next to yours? Please?"

"What are you talking about.. you'll come back to me, silly." I tried to smile although it wasn't mine.

"Don't play stupid, Harry.. it's my only wish, wear my tags next to your chest, promise me."

"Shawn.. ok I promise but you'll be just fine." I said holding his big hand.

"You know.. if everything is going back to normal with Louis, I don't want to bother you guys, so I will volunteer on teaching the next to be soldiers." he said whispering towards the end.

"You what? Shawn, we're a thing now ok? I don't know what is going to be between me and Louis since he's now married. And I obviously expect for you to stay with me." I said softly. "We've been through hell together, Shawn, I can't just get you out of my life all of a sudden!"

"I know babe, I know. We'll see how everything turns out ok?"

"Okay, now go get that bullet out of your thigh, big boy!" I sort of smiled.

"Yeah.. you should check on those ribs too."

"You're more important now."

"Not at all... Nurse!" He yelled.

"No, Shawn shut up!" I said panicking but the nurse was already coming in.

"Can I help you?" She asked confused.

"Yeah, can you check on him too, please, as far as I know he has a couple of ribs broken." He smirked.

"Really? Why didn't you said anything mister?"

"He's more important than me."

"You are equally important for us. Take a sit on this empty bed please, and I will do a quick check."

I threw a look to Shawn who was tiredly smirking at me. She brought up my shirt and touched my abdomen.

"Does it hurt?" She barely asked and I jumped in pain.

"Auch yes it hurts."

"You are swollen too, and I think it's pretty bad. I'll go do the paperwork for your admitting, and I will ask for the on call doctor to see you. As for you mister Shawn I think you are ready to get into surgery, just sign this papers and you're good to go. Any medication allergy that you know of?"
